Very disappointed with my experience at Coq au Bec de Bannantyne. The cashier was incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. She made a mistake by charging me for a large poutine when I had ordered large mashed potatoes. Even though she finally gave me the mash, I had to pay the price of the poutine at $18, which is completely unfair. Additionally, she went to talk to the cook behind my back, thinking she couldn't be heard from the counter - extremely disrespectful behavior. When I asked for a refund of the difference between the poutine and the mash, she refused on the pretext that I had paid by debit, when she could very well have given me the difference in cash. I would have appreciated better customer service and correcting the error without overcharging me. Definitely a bad first impression.”

Worst Au Coq ever. called for delivery at 11 am to be delivered at 12:30, they NEVER EVER showed up, called 6 times and was never answered and was put on hold all 6 times for 20 minutes ans over. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
