I had the Thiebou Guinard (rice and chicken with onion sauce plate with a side of plantain) for take out. The serving was generous - I had my plate for two meals. The rice was fluffy and tasty, and the chicken was juicy and flavourful. The plantain was the cherry on top, and tasted great with the rest of the meal. The older man at cash was really warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely have to come back to try the other menu items.

thiébou yapp: the meat is perfectly tender, the rice is succulent and flavourful, the onion sauce compliments the dish perfectly and the sweet plaintain with a bit of spicy sauce is perfection. I order a side of beef samosas which adds a delicious savoury crunch. This meal is one that I keep coming back to and I’m glad it’s still available for us to enjoy. Great price considering the quality and effort 🙏🏾

Authentic West African food, large portions, cozy atmosphere; however I'm docking stars for: 1) I saw a cook LICKING HIS FINGERS while cooking on the grill--not sanitary; 2) They brought us one wrong order--my husband ordered lamb, but received chicken he said was not that tasty. They also forgot part of my order. I ordered poisson braissee (grilled fish) that was good, but having lived in West Africa, I've had better seasoning before.
