I've been going to this Starbucks for years and it's wild how much the quality has suffered. I haven't ordered a coffee drink here in at least a year because 80% of the time, the coffee tastes awful (in the same drink I've been getting for years) and now, they can't even get a simple chai right. Twice in the last week I've had an issue with ordering iced chai, once where they made two identical drinks even though they were ordered differently, and then providing the wrong sizing. And when you try to tell the employees it's wrong, they're rude and condescending.

I stopped by Starbucks Île des Soeurs before my shift. I bought a medium mocha coffee for $6.49. When I tasted it tasted like perfume very strongly. This is the second time the manager has done this to me because I don't leave a tip. He adds scented soap to my coffee. You're pretty disgusting. I don't have to leave a tip. In addition, the tip button does not appear on the terminal. It's over, I'm not going to waste my money on this place anymore! Worst Starbucks in the area. He should change the manager!!

Cashiers should at least know English words to coffee and oat milk and medium. My boyfriend who is from Ontario couldn’t order a drink because the cashier did not understand oat milk.

The company recently launched online ordering for this location, but it seems there is a staffing issue, as the team appears to be unfamiliar with the preparation of certain orders. The application estimated a 3-5 minute wait for the drink, yet after a 15-minute wait, when I inquired about my order, the staff was unsure about the drink and its preparation method. It appears to be a systemic issue of inadequate staffing or training rather than an individual oversight. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I am considering not returning in the future.

I recently ordered an Iced Espresso via the Starbucks app but accidentally selected the wrong location in Brossard. When I arrived at the Île Des Sœurs store and explained my situation, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They listened to my story and provided my Iced Espresso without any hesitation. This level of customer service is truly commendable. This is NOT a coffee place just a random stand to grab a quick coffee before/after doing your groceries. There's some seat yes but ir you're looking for a place to work or study forget it. Is inside the grocery store, very loud random cashier and carts noises and alarms. NOT a Starbucks ambiance brand at all. However, staff was efficient, service was quick and great WiFi. Only 1 bathroom in the grocery store.
