they have a sign that says the serve gluten free bread, but when you ask for it, they act like youโre crazy for even thinking they have it available. why advertise it if you donโt have it???

CHANGE MANAGEMENT ASAP! First, thereโs a tall Indian guy that looks like he hates his job, going ugly sandwiches with 4 pieces of tomatoes for a foot long. When asked why? He said โwell now itโs like thisโ . Today a young girl puts 6 pieces of turkey on my foot long , I said its really little, she said 6 for foot long, 3 for 6 inches . Really? Also waited for 15 min because she was alone . I remember coming every week to this place in 2010-2019 it WAS a great place before. So disappointed.

ordered from doordash i got a tukey sandwich and they gave me HAM!!? plus they heated it up which i did not ask for and used the wrong cheese, i still cant get over how they gave me ham like wth?!

Today's visit was a bit disappointing. The sub was great as usual, but 1. usually the 12 inch is cut into two 6 inch halfs for easier manipulation but it wasn't this time 2. the drink in the water fountain turned out to be ultra diluted, tastes like regular water

I bought a dozen cookies. Faced with my confusion and that of his colleague, the employee charged us 3x3 + 1 biscuits. According to him the option did not work. So we paid taxes and quite a lot per cookie :(
ingredients werenโt fresh. place is a bit dirty. go to the Verdun street location instead.

iโm not usually one to leave a negative review, but this subway visit was so disappointing! i ordered a veggie 12inch on white bread but ended up with it on herbs and cheese despite saying white 3 times. he toasted the sandwich without asking and seemingly ignored every time i tried to correct. he barely put any veg on the sandwich which is super uncommon for subway like 3 slices of tomato lol. just a weird experience and left me really disappointed cause i love subway so much. this guy was acting a though i was burdening him to make the sandwichโฆ. the cherry on top was that he didnโt even cut the sandwich in half. spare yourself and walk up to the subway on rue verdun, itโs so much nicer and those guys make a good sandwich!!

Had worst experience twice and they never had the order available though the app showed ready for delivery. They also don't have a way to refund or know any details for the customer service.

Worst Subway ever! Orders are always done incorrectly, there are always missing items (soup, sauce, vegetables, etc.)! I've gone back more than once to give it a chance hoping it would be a "one time thing" but each time it's disappointing! Once I think I saw mold on my biscuit and after returning it to the counter I saw it being put back in the biscuit compartment ?โ??
