I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews... The service is very pleasant and the fried sushi is really delicious. I will definitely go back next time. The service is much better than that of Sushi de la Mer opposite.

We should have read the reviews before going and we should have walk out when we first entered the place. The restaurant was not clean at all. The empty fridge did not have a quick takeout option, only juices. There was 2 bicycles parked inside the small restaurant, yes inside. Toys and back packs on two tables, crumbs on the other tables and some trash on the floor. A box of kitchenware on the counter. Not inviting at all. We ordered two salmon poke bowls. The salmon was almost boiled, overcooked, tasteless and not torched per the menu. We expected more from Sushi Shop and are very disappointed. Our comments are for this location specifically. There should be standards but they are not enforced. Save your money, time and taste buds and go elsewhere.

The restaurant is very dirty. There are no sushi combos ready to take out like I’ve seen in many other sushi shops. The fridge only has drinks, and a few seaweed salads. You need to order and wait for them to prepare it. I ordered a salmon poke bowl and the salmon was completely frozen. I will not be going back.

I just went to a sushi shop for a bubble tea. The waitress was very bitter and mean. I was in a bit of a hurry. She asked me to wait 10 minutes before she started preparing my tea. If she would have said it kindly I would have waited... first expression gone wrong

Difficult service, dirty tables.I ordered a Sunrise poke, which I'm used to ordering at other locations and the only ingredients in my bowl were: rice, salad, salmon (not smoked salmon) cucumber and avocado.I'm sure that at Provigo, in front of Sushi Shop, the Pokes are less disrespectful than this ridiculous bowl I just bought.

Came 45 minutes after opening (11:45) doors were locked and restaurant was left dirty, old food containers on table, dirty floors and toys everywhere. Disappointed.

The sushi was ready quickly and they were very, very good! The staff is super nice and even offered to take photos of me and my family ☺️

Delicious, the best sushi you’ll find. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Great service, good environment and very accessible.

The customer service is the worst. I requested a Bublé tea with less sugar and ice. I was told it is all regular. Then, at the end, I waited for 10mins for a drink in a quiet Friday afternoon. Turns out, the drink was super sweet with a whole cup of ice. What on earth?!

My go to spot for sushi! Staff is friendly.
