I just ordered a morning wrap, $9.99 for a tortilla with an egg!! I told the clerk that there was nothing but an egg in the wrap, and he replied that that's how it was!!! (without bacon, without sausage, without potatoes) I'm sure this Tim's employees are stealing the products, there is no other explanation. Check your order before paying!!!

Tim Horton Nun’s Island is the worst branch. Always get a wrong order drinks and meals and when we have a sandwich with eggs we get the eggs the shells piece inside the sandwiches. Employees always talking and don’t pay attention to the orders.

I ordered a Nutella croissant, and I was very disappointed with the product received. The croissant seemed almost empty of Nutella, which is far from what is promised in the advertisement. I was expecting something much more delicious. It would be important to review quantities to meet customer expectations, and avoid this type of disillusionment.

I went today to buy some tim but not able to get service in French. I went to get myself a worker's morning wrap filled with eggshell with a sweet sauce that has nothing to do with the normal sauce from the wrap morning worker. Service as desired I order with my shell wrap a large icecap with espresso jet which is not added to my icecap BUT I paid the full price to have the espresso so good luck to the next customer who is going to buy some tim here lol. To anyone reading this review I hope you speak French
Drive thru, a guy with French accent was extremely rude! Asked for pumpkin latte, he gives a baileys latte. Rushing my boyfriend and being super rude with him. He simply asked for a tim matin menu 3$ and wanted no egg in it. The worker rushed him, did not give him time to presise the order! Then, charged us 5 something for my boyfriends 3$ menu without saying anything , but I saw it on the screen! So, no latte with pumpkin for me, no sandwich without egg for my boyfriend and they charged more! Rude.

Bad service, Really annoying too that They make you pull over to the side for litterally a single coffee when no one is behind you. They do it to trick the timer to falsify their stats at the drive thru.
