Every time I go to this place, I order online before arriving at Tim's, and each time, the wait time surprises me. This time it was 2 p.m. and I waited 20 minutes for my two iced cappuccinos. I even had to ask the cashier if I was ever going to receive my order, only to have her ask another employee to prepare it. And again, the guy was going to get my order wrong, I had to tell him what to prepare. (I had a regular cappucino and an Oreo, but the other employee just said "make two medium ice caps" to his colleague.)
There were about seven employees across the counter, and most of the orders were super simple, like coffees. People were starting to get impatient... it was a real joke!

The men's bathroom has been unusable for months. The door is busted and unusable meaning you have to hold it if you want to use is. I reported it multiple times to the staff including the manager and nothing has ever been done about it.
Food quality is standard Tim, no complain there.
