This location is without a doubt the worst TIM Horton's in the Montreal area. The staff is not very knowledgeable and are very challenging. As a franchise, Tim Horton's should be very concerned for the brand.5 times out of 10 when I visit this location and order a smoothie (winter or summer) the machine is either broken or being cleaned. Today I had an even worse experience when I ordered the new Chai Frap. When I ordered it I wasn't offered any options but what I received did not taste anything like what a Chai Frap should be; it tasted like coffee. When I took it back to the counter I was told that the mistake was mine and I ordered the wrong item. When Inexplained thatbI ordered Chai but this was coffee instead of tea based; the 'supervisor/manager' began getting argumentative and telling me that Chai has nothing to do with tea. It is coffee with chai spices. She also declared that if I didn't want coffee I should have requested they make this drink with the plain sugar base and not cappuccino. Even when I explained that the word Chai literally means tea, she mockingly denied it and said that it is coffee. After a MAJOR headache, I was finally given a remake with the 'sugar base'which was promptly thrown into the garbage as it was sickly sweet.All in all; a horrible experience which has forced me to no longer be a customer of Tim Horton's regardless of location. If this behaviour is allowed by the franchise they have lost my business entirely.
