Good neighborhood restaurant, excellent service and nice selection of natural wine. I recommend that you follow the recommendations of the staff, they will be able to guide you!

I’d like to start by saying the service was excellent. They were attentive, and charming. The food was fine, but perhaps my expectations were higher given the price and google reviews I read. I am not a fan of natural wine, so perhaps this bias should be taken into account, but I did not enjoy the tasting menu wine that were paired with the menu. Not a horrible experience, but not worth the price imo.

Friendly restaurant, friendly and attentive service, cool decor, good sommelier, but food-wise, not great. Two choices are okay, that's to be expected in a small restaurant, but you have to choose the chef's cooking, and if you don't eat rare beef (or no beef at all), you have to take the second one. choice, which was a dish of linguine with mushrooms and truffle that really tasted like nothing. Gotta make him miss a pasta dish. The boss would benefit from being less intransigent.

My first time at Verdun Beach, I was delighted, however.... I was always reluctant to go there because of the prices on the menu and the feedback I had received. Indeed it is expensive for the contents of the plates.
It's very good, beautiful flavors, but $45 per piece from the butcher excluding $30 (5 pieces of meat with 1 puree), desserts at $13, a bill of $160 for 2 with 1 cocktail.
It's not within the reach of all Verdun residents, too bad. Then the top of the range agrees but does not reduce the portions. Good service, nice music playlist but the big problem: the kitchen offers throughout the restaurant because it opens onto the room. It was an experience.

Worst customer service. I sent an online request for a private wine tasting two months in advance to ensure I had a date...no response, I then emailed the person responsible (Mr. Généreux) and then called 3 times. Each time I was told that my call would be returned, which never happened. GREAT lack of respect and professionalism. I will never again set foot in a place that does not respect its customers.

We booked a wine tasting activity for a group with Simon (Agence Primavin) with optional charcuterie and cheese platters. I would highly recommend this activity for a group event, Simon was able to adapt to the needs of the group! The activity took place on the restaurant's interior terrace a little before the restaurant opened. Everything was perfect!

This restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Every dish we had, from the wagyu to the white fish was absolutely incredible. I do not particularly like Brussels sprouts but the way they were prepared changed my opinion completely, they were delicious, crunchy, and had a wonderful glaze and char I couldn’t get enough of.
The star was the confit tomato my group referred to as “the crack tomato” it was honestly one of the best things I have ever tasted. The wine selection was lovely as well, although I did inquire whether a bottle of orange wine was a certain year and it came out to be a year younger, although despite that it was still quite tasty.
Service was impeccable, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quite nice as well. I have to say this restaurant blew me away, and I can’t wait to return!
Also very agreeable prices, the wagyu was a very decent market price.

Another restaurant that is way too expensive for what it is, in Montreal.
The butcher's cut which is a side of pork with literally 50% fat. Portions are small. Seriously…
Just have a drink, go eat somewhere else.
