I went there a few times with my wife, breakfast was so so and my wife got sick with the breakfast sausage maybe cause it wasn't fully cooked. Usually when we go to a restaurant the waitress come see if everything's ok, but not here, the food was good but the service need to be updated.

Without a doubt could down as the most disgusting hamburger. ..not fresh straight out of the freezer ..God knows how long it's been there..followed by the most disgusting salty poutine..I have no idea how the hell this restaurant is in business...just horrible..no joke..it's the worst hamburger and poutine I ever had..there chicken wings were stale l8ke they were sitting there all night..stay far away from this restaurant...unless you want food poisoning!

As a lifelong resident of the south west I have been eating at this restaurant for at least 20 years. Recently there has been a change and not for the better. I order the same thing every time a steak and pepperoni sub with extra steak. Well now they charge 8$ for the extra steak and there was about as much as they would put on one without extra steak. They constantly get my order wrong ( past 4 times I order) forgetting items I pay for, not putting extra steak etc. I even tried to go in the restaurant and let me tell you it was even worse. My sub was burnt and had the paper from the steak cooked into it. Really sad for this establishment.

We've read good reviews of Zappy Restaurant in Verdun and we can attest to the fact the food is excellent. We ordered gyro pita and pork pita with a small poutine, all were delicious 😋 We've always loved Montreal's all dressed pizza and Zappy's pizza was perfect with lots of cheese and pepperoni. They also have all day breakfast along with so many crowd pleasers. Everything you want in a convenient location in Verdun close to the d'Eglise metro station. A must try when you're visiting Montreal. 👍
