The brewery nestled in the heart of the Eastern Townships, in the charming village of Waterloo, is a true gem for adventurous beer lovers. Their selection of exceptional quality beers, aged in barrels, will delight the most demanding palates. We had the pleasure of visiting this establishment on a cold February day and enjoyed our beers on the heated patio out back. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere won us over, and we are already looking forward to returning on warmer days.
I loved this place in the winter. In the summer it’s even better. This is a great example of why the eastern townships are paradise. Come often.Parking: Right across the street and on site. With an EV plug.
