First time in this restaurant, we arrived at 10:30, It was a little slow at first as we had no waiter or waitress assigned to us until 11am. Luckily the person who ended serving us was so empathetic,I wish I got his name as he made the experience that much better. We had at least 3 people who came to see us, it took that one person to finally get our order. I hope that person sees this, im sure that waiter knows who he is, Thank you for the wonderful service you gave us.

Lunch: the soup of the day (pasta fagioli scarola) was dull and the grilled chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. The service was very good and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. People must go there for service and atmosphere but not for the food! They should make more of an effort and not treat their customers with such contempt.

I came here for a business lunch and it didn’t disappoint, so many great things to choose from! I had the Tagliatelle Funghi which was really delicious! I highly recommend this place

This review is late but awesome. We have been coming to Gentile’s for years and love it there. It has been a consistent place we go to where we know we are going to get the best service, delicious food and great coffee! Ana, Mike, and the rest of the family there always make us feel at home and so comfortable. For a place that is always buzzing, they never cut back on service or quality. If you want to book large groups they make the process easy and the fact that they have their pizza parlour next door is an added bonus (especially for our kids). If you want a proper Montreal experience with class, check it out!

The food was delicious ,fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Every dish exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch.
A special shoutout to the manager, Eddie, who was incredibly professional and attentive.
He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend
