Café Olimpico - Westmount

I’ve been going to this location from the day they opened and every visit has been genuinely wonderful.

The baristas here are consistently welcoming, patient, and so professional even when the cafe is packed. They manage the flow with ease, always with kindness and a smile. You can tell they truly care about the experience of every single customer.

The manager deserves a special mention as well. Every time we come in, he’s present, attentive, and incredibly professional. You can really feel his positive influence in how smoothly the team works and how welcoming the environment is. He sets the tone, and it shows!

Even during busy times, the line moves steadily and the staff stays friendly and composed. The energy is already great, and we always leave feeling appreciated and well taken care of. No where else I’d rather get my daily morning coffee!!!

Like being in Italy except there are tables. Easily best coffee and staff in the city. My favorite part of the day is coming here. Twyggy is the man. Makes everyone feel welcome.

I had Shawn at the cash with a wonderful attitude towards and with most of the customers. He made us feel very welcome. Great guy, great place, great coffee. Am going back for sure.

Good lord. We went there for coffee or rather attempted to three times. We are familiar with the brand since we go to the Old Port one quite regularly.

Rude baristas. A mess every time we tried to get something. Do they not have a manager? Last time I went, I told quite rudely by a staff to line up differently when there was literally no place to move and the woman in front of me was shocked too at the tone. I left. Keep in mind the place was packed. I had to wonder if the staff who spoke to me like this to me specifically was racist since I was the only POC and I was lining up the same way as everyone else and literally in a queue!

Everyone seems busy and yet the queue does not move. My partner and I live nearby and we avoid this specific location like the plague now.

PS: I have no clue who are leaving the positive reviews (?!).

I dropped by for the first time last week to have a char with a friend. The place is easily accessible and when entering you immediately have the super vibe, gorgeous bar and bench bistro chairs, Very comfy, very snug, lots of regular patrons by the look if it. I once had a bad experience (rapid heart beat for hours) after visiting a “really good barista in Toronto) so i’ve been wary of “good barista’s since” so I asked for their “worst coffee” (I used a curse word). The guy who served me was a wee but surprised but looked like he had a good sense of humour. He served me a gorgeous looking, deep brown with a hint of creamy top Americano…. and it was to die for. Hands down best coffee I’ve hd in years. Thanks. Will be back (and fyi the cookies are great too)z

Way overpriced for what you get. $19 for an allonge and turkey sandwich. Wifi didnt work. Staff are super nice and ambience is cute but the cushion covers on the benches outside had dirty stains. Definitely over rated.
