really clean and the store is always well maintained. really love the service from them, the cashier with the pretty nails is truly an angel

So good! Amazing served and a variety choices of drinks: tea, milk, milk tea, smoothies , coffee and so much different toppings! I will definitely come back. Their taro milk tea with tapioca is really good and so is the Okinawa tea.

I ordered a bubble milk tea. Asked for 25% ice . I was told it has to be at least 50-70% ice . I went back since it tasted weird . They fixed it however by the time I noticed it was too late to correct it a second time ,the cashier made the order «  without tea bag » . Very poor managing skills and cashier had horrible attitude. The tea literally tasted water .

The brown sugar boba is AMAZING in my opinion!!

They have sketchy people lingering around the mall, who will go to the entry of this place and ask if you wanna "buy something" ie drugs, or come.right up to you in the business like they know you. This isn't just on the business, but the mall security as well.

There are only a few milk tea shops that offer Thai milk tea. Their Thai milk tea has a stronger flavor. They also have French vanilla, but the cold version is very sweet, so be careful when ordering it.

Today i was at Alexis Nihon center and when i was going back to the metro i felt like having a Bubble tea but chatime was closed so i decided to try L2 bubble tea. I arrived and the employee was nice to me she took my order everything was fine but i ordered a strawberry milk TEA but when i tried it was like milk with strawberry nesquik...I went back and i asked kindly to change it because they had gotten my order wrong.This time it was another employee and she did not take that well she got mad because she said i had to choose a type of tea.So i told her that the employee didn't ask me which tea i wanted. I didn't like how she talked to me,she asked me which tea i wanted and obviously i was disturbed so i took like 3 seconds to answer and she was pissed..Anyways she finally changed it but she did with an evil smile which was weird i don't even know what she put in it , When i tried it, it tasted like she only put water in it horrible. She doesn't know how to treat costumers. For a kinda new place this is not a good way to stay open.Really bad service do not recommend.

I just love this place and should have take the card 1 free for 10 drinks as it has been now a while I excessed 10 drinks at this place They have lots of vegan option include vegetal milk options. They do not have plastic cups which is a big step for the environnement (for such places). Highly recommand!
