I stopped eating there when I noticed the chef pulling a seran-wrapped piece of frozen salmon from the freezer, and then thawing it in the microwave...with plastic wrap still on it ... The quality of sushi is not that good, the rice in the sushi looks old and honestly im a bit concerned if there might be parasites growing in the fish. This is equivalent to gas station sushi’s be safe y’all. i separated the sushi apart and the raw fish part of the sushi is falling apart, idk if thats normal or he might just be serving left over pieces of fish. But yeah its not that good.

The best and most affordable sushi in Montreal is inside atwater metro. I went to this place everyday during my dawson years and now that I'm at Concordia I still travel the 1 stop to hit up my fave spot ?
