Probably one of the best places for sashimi in Montreal. The sushi were surprisingly amazing too as I usually don’t like sushi. The rice to fish ratio is perfect

I ate there about a year ago. I got the omakase experience. Though the food was good the taste was ruined by all the fish scales that were in my food.
A hidden gem. Consistent, fabulous food.

Other than being a bit pricey, with smaller portions and slower service, everything else was great. The food was really delicious and quite unique—but in Montreal, there are just so many good sushi spots.

I had the worst dining experience of my life here.
The first side plate we were given had seven ants on it. When I asked for a replacement, the new plate still had three ants. Even worse, when I turned it over, I found leftover food stuck to it, proving it hadn’t been washed properly. Absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one on the Michelin list.
When I asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Park, he showed no apology at all and just said, “So, what do you want me to do?” Only after I pressed him did he reluctantly apologize. By then, the entire experience was unbearable.
My family and our friends were shocked and disgusted, and we left immediately. A restaurant’s reputation should be built not only on food, but also on basic cleanliness, courtesy, and respect for customers. Sadly, this place failed on every level.

Been here 3 times this week, 30 times this year. Got charged 4$ for ginger, waitress was pretty bad. Food is great, Antonio’s a sweetheart.

I want to preface by saying I never write reviews, but our experience was SO bad I had too.
The service was the worst I ever had. We waited over an hour for our food, after being shamed by our waiter that we were not ordering enough (we spent over 100$ per person). He clearly only cared about his tip and did not care to be kind.
The food was as good, but never going again because this waiter was so rude.

spent 400 $ on a meal today, but only got Japanese food that was worth at most 90$
I don’t know how they handled their vegetable cutting knives… everything I tasted had a fishy flavor. Imagine using a knife that cut onions to cut watermelon… how awful would that … so gross.
The sashimi was cut very thin… without a trace of sweetness…very poor quality!
