I mostly order online for pickup, which has become a very bad idea. Their lattes are good, and their food is good (which is why I have been willing to drive 15 minutes each way to collect it), and their London Fogs are terrific but, if you don't see Hillary when you walk in, expect that your order will be incomplete and/or incorrect. It has become clear that others don't even bother to read the order. Apologies if this reads as mean, but today must mark at least six straight times. I've been quietly hoping for improvement but, if anything, it is getting worse, not better

Pleaseeeeee when are the coffee cake scones coming back. They are better than the options you’ve had for so long and everyone says they are returning but I’ve waited over a year now and they haven’t !!

Stopped by this Borealis location for the first time. The facility is top notch. I went with an Iced latte with macadamia cream and a shot of honey and maple flavor. Very smooth, very tasty, a little pricey. Look forward to sampling some food on my next visit. Nice bar set-up.

We got a dirty chai, cortado, blueberry maple thumb prints and not pictured we got the back egg and cheese on a biscuit. Everything by was excellent and the inside is so inviting with plenty of comfortable seating. Will be going back.

Great coffee house (and bar). Fairly roomy with additional seating out front. Espresso drinks are perfect, and the food options are tasty albeit limited.

The coffee selection seems somewhat unique, and the atmosphere seems fun. Did not taste any food, that is why there is not a rating for the food and only four stars....room for growth. 😌

Borealis Coffee Company is a gem! The atmosphere is incredibly cool and inviting, making it a fantastic spot to grab a coffee and settle in. The coffee itself is absolutely awesome – clearly high-quality and expertly brewed. I also found it to be a really nice place to work; the vibe is productive but relaxed. Highly recommend.
