The coffee selection seems somewhat unique, and the atmosphere seems fun. Did not taste any food, that is why there is not a rating for the food and only four stars....room for growth. 😌

Borealis Coffee Company is a gem! The atmosphere is incredibly cool and inviting, making it a fantastic spot to grab a coffee and settle in. The coffee itself is absolutely awesome – clearly high-quality and expertly brewed. I also found it to be a really nice place to work; the vibe is productive but relaxed. Highly recommend.

This place is great especially if you have to study! There are very friendly people around too. They even have live music on the weekend. Please let me know where you get your bread and how I can get it for home. It’s amazing bread.

Horrible bartender. Tried to order a beer and she refused to acknowledge me for over ten minutes. She served many other customers that approached the bar before me. I had to walk out because borealis was a waste of my time.

A little above the ordinary coffee shop. Found this place because they carry, Clover Deserts. Which was a small desert shop with intense flavors.

Coffee shop with liquor is always a plus. They offer a variety of desserts, the highlights are the mousse jars. (not present in the pics)

Ample parking and laid back atmosphere. They also offer a space to use for meetings.

The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. The egg sandwich biscuit was light and flavorful.
The baklava steamer should be permanently on the menu it was outstanding. Great place to catch-up. I didn't realize there's a full bar too.

Fantastic vibe and great food. We got quiche, soup, salad, and the caprese sandwich. Not exaggerating when I say everything was delicious! Perfect portions and amazing ambience as well.

Awesome stop for espresso martinis!
Coffee shop/bakery by day, lofi jazzy bar with live music at night! Park anywhere in this plaza and walk, there are plenty of cool shops to check out around the spot, including a brewery!

Bartender was kind and knowledgeable and the drinks were awesome. You can tell that the people working the bar all have plenty of experience.

We got some donuts and espresso martinis, everything was great!

Great coffee and great atmosphere. Prices are as expected for a step above chain coffee spot, big selection of custom drinks, and a fair choice of pastries/food. Highly recommend
