Honestly, one of the worst bagels I've ever had. SO small, no flavor, terrible proofing (hard and doughy at the same time). Would not get again. Also ordered 2 20 ounce coffees and we're given 16 ounce. Wondering if the town feels obligated to give 5 stars out if loyalty? Honestly, Sip n Dip bagels are great--go there.

This place is always busy for a reason. The bagels are amazing & the staff does a fantastic job at keeping the line moving. There are so many bagel and sandwich options.

Super tasty bagels, great pricing and friendly staff. It seems like this place is super popular with the locals. The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Many visits out of walnut maple cream cheese. So wait in line for 30 min. Go to order no walnut cream cheese again. Take it off the menu. Switched to strawberry. The worst I've ever tasted. Be forewarned. Coffee was good. Maybe no call ahead Sat and Sunday as they can't handle it. Except bulk orders.

Everything is perfect here, the bagels, service, and atmosphere. I will be a costumer forever. Never had a better bagel!

Wow! Amazing food and the staff was so kind. No wonder there was a line out the door.

Delicious bagel shop in Bristol, made fresh daily with a variety of yummy bagels, coffee and other treats. I ended up ordering the spinach and cheddar bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I ended up getting some bagels to take home.

Best bagel place in all of RI!! The workers are super nice too. They have such a wide selection of bagels. I wish I lived closer so I could go every day.

One of my favorite places in Bristol to grab a bite. The cinnamon sugar bagel with honey ham, swiss or pepper jack cheese, spread with honey Dijon mustard on my way to work or early lunch on the weekend is perfect... The ladies r always so quick, sweet snd make sure you don't need a coffe also. Bagels are always freshly made with many varieties. Never miss a chance to stop in.

After countless praises from friends, I finally tried Bristol Bagel Work’s bagels. And lets just say, those made my morning! Scrumptious!!
