When I came here a couple weeks ago I was trying to make room for my coffee because I have thousands of other cups in my car. The guy at the window took them for me and threw the out!! Coffee is great too.

I always order ahead of time using the Dunkin app.. order 5 minutes before I get there walk in grab & go while I see the drive through wrapping into the street. It works for me . 👍

Food is absolutely horrendous. Ordered & paid for extra bacon, didn't receive extra. Two orders of hash browns completely undercooked, cold & shredded into the bag, not a single intact piece. Workers are miserable & rude. This isn't anything new. If you hate your job, get a better one.

Rude went in door was told to stand outside in cold while took her time to get to window then open window with attitude i ask what was difference between standing out in cold or in side she said inside only for mobil orders and said i can go up the street if i want never again will i be going there

Doors were locked (both entryway doors) without indication, only the drive thru was open. Mentioned this to the drive thru attendant and he was surprised. Ordered at the drive thru which was a mistake. I knew the order was made too quickly. No hash browns added, but the ketchup included that I requested. Tried to call the number posted to Google Maps and it requests a ‘remote code’I normally wouldn’t pan a place but this place has SERIOUS ISSUES!

I went here and ordered coffee, then asked for a water for my dog. I told them I wanted tap, not bottled. They refused to give it to me and tried to charge me for a bottled water anyways. This is illegal for businesses operating with a restaurant license. I told the manager this, but apparently it's worth losing his human decency for whatever too low wage Dunkin is paying him and straight up refused to give me a tap water. I left with no water and went elsewhere for beverages because it wasn't worth harassing an hourly worker but Dunkin might want to rescind this policy before they're sued.

Every time I stop at this location after 330pm the expresso machine is always off!!! They don't close until 5pm??!! Employees should not be cleaning the machine until ten min before closing. This is ridiculous and it is reasons like this many people go to the newer location just down the street. I'll be laughing when this location closes like so many others for turning down business.
