They need to stop hiring Bristol kids and college kids in Bristol to handle food production and peoples coffees. They cannot be trusted. This goes for every Dunkin in Bristol and Warren.

What we consumed was good but they need to improve the service. The girl at the service car was hostile and when they gave us our order they did not give us napkins, sugar, or spoons, we had to ask for it so they told us that "they didn't have any."
Staff here seem pretty miserable. Felt like I was bothering them. They forgot part of my order so I went back. Not mad or anything but completely Unapologetic and again, like I'm bothering them. The donut holes were hard and not even the ones I wanted. Which I was told as the bag was tossed at me like an after thought. The coffee burnt. And the sandwich was thrown in the bag like a ball. Dunkin never fails to remind me why I never buy Dunkin. If I'm ever in the desert dying of thirst and see a Dunkin in the near distance, I'm going to just lay down and die.
