Want a very special evening out that will delight your taste buds? Chef Pete has a gift and at Foglia you can experience it for yourself. Last night we had the lion's mane mushroom entree - coated in crushed peppercorn and sliced - super tasty, great texture. We also had the radiatori (normally squarish radiator shapes) but he took the shape and pulled it into long strips of radiatori pasta - the sauce was so complicated, I cant stop thinking about it - need to go back and get more. Always a show stopper!
The chef's tasting menu was phenomenal! From the snacks to the white balsamic ice cream, all dishes were delicious (and expertly paired with wine).
We drove almost 2 hours to try this restaurant and were worried we might leave disappointed… Wrong! Absolutely blown away. I have never in my life had such an incredible dining experience. My wife and I did the fall tasting menu and each plate was more phenomenal than the last. I’ve been vegan for almost 10 years and have missed eating at nice restaurants. Not only did this completely exceed all my expectations but it was far better than Michelin star restaurants I had eaten at before I was vegan. We literally talked the entire 2 hour drive home about what a beautiful experience it was. We are already planning another trip back for the winter. This is without a doubt the best restaurant I have eaten at in my life. Favorite dish: London fog (I think that was what it’s called)

The food at Foglia is absolutely delicious! A very beautiful restaurant with professional waitstaff and fabulous entrees and desserts!
This is our second dining experience here and will definitely be back. Does not disappoint. Excellent cocktails, service and the food is expertly prepared.
This restaurant is a true stand-out. The vegan/vegetarian fare is thoughtfully imagined and expertly prepared. There are very few restaurants in the entire New England area that offer such fine food in a lovely setting. The chef clearly prepares his food because he loves it, and it shows in so many ways from flavor to creativity. We have enjoyed the tasting menu twice, and will be returning soon to sample the regular menu -- even though, for us, there is a significant drive involved to get there. Bristol is a lovely town, and a great destination for this venue. Just a side note, I have eaten at vegan establishments all around the globe due to my lengthy career with a major airline. The restaurant exceeds all that I have been to during that time.
It was our first time visiting this beautiful establishment. We started off with French Onion Soup,Chickpea fries, and the Focaccia bread. All delicious! We had the Lasagna special and the Spaghetti with pomodora sauce. The pasta melted in our mouths and the sauce was the perfect amount of acidity. We ended the night with a piece of Gingerbread mouse. The entire night was amazing! The chef was engaging and graciously accepted our praise. The environment, staff, and delicious food was a beautiful way to celebrate my husband's Birthday! Looking forward to going back and if you haven't been yet please don't sit on Foglia!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderfully creative and tasty vegan food and drinks, lovely staff and beautiful space. We like to sit at the corner of the bar.
This is a great place. The food is thoughtfully made and beautifully presented. Every meal is delicious, it never disappoints. The staff are excellent.
Go to Foglia right now. Stop reading this review and go there immediately. This is run don't walk situation. If your car is out of gas, take the ripta. If the ripta is late, call an uber. If the uber doesn't show, get on your bike. If your bike gets a flat tire, hitch hike. Doesn't matter if it's raining or snowing or an earthquake. If you're still reading this, you haven't left for Foglia yet. Stop reading and go. You won't regret it.

First time at Foglia. Really wonderful vegetarian food backed by professional and attentive service. Highlights were homemade pizza and apple galette. Will definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

Amazing! My non Vegan husband even said it's some of the best food he has had in a long time!
I am NOT a vegan, I eat everything! This was one of the best meals I have ever had. If you are hesitant to eat vegan, you need to go to Foglia.
Excellent birthday dinner with extra special attention from chef and staff ! We love Foglia !
This was our first visit to Foglia and its not going to be our last, we had a wonderful experience. Neither of us are vegetarians but we also don't eat a lot of red meat. We both like the idea of trying something different - any new experience is a good one right? We had booked for the bar / counter as that was the only option on the website when we were making our reservation 3 days prior. The lady who greeted us - so polite - mentioned that a table for two was available if we'd prefer that, we took that option. That evening Foglia had options of 3 course and 5 course tasting menu's as well as ala carte options. Our choices were : Starter - Autumn Salad with a side of focaccia . We shared this. Plenty enough for us. wonderfully fresh, tons of flavour and textures. Mains - Fazzoletti e funghi & Lion's Maine Skewer. Both dishes looked beautiful. The chef made pasta was so good, melt in the mouth, mushroom creamy sauce was light and also full of flavour. The Lion's main is tamarind spiced mushroom. Strong flavour with nice background heat, great choice for those of us who like East Med / Indian food. Thankfully the focus at Foglia is on great flavour not volume so that gave us room for dessert. We shared an Apple Galette with chef made cinnamon ice-cream. The only poor decision here was not to have one each. How do you make such light pastry that have flavour, crunch and a subtle sweetness - incredible. The food was wonderful but the addition of attentive, personnel and professional service turns a great dinner into a beautiful experience. Our waitress Sydney was terrific. Excellent knowledge of the menu and wine list, patient, engaging and did everything and more for us, a credit to the business and herself. Foglia is an absolute must go to
