We drove almost 2 hours to try this restaurant and were worried we might leave disappointed… Wrong! Absolutely blown away. I have never in my life had such an incredible dining experience. This restaurant is a true stand-out. The vegan/vegetarian fare is thoughtfully imagined and expertly prepared. There are very few restaurants in the entire New England area that offer such fine food in a lovely setting. The chef clearly prepares his food because he loves it, and it shows in so many ways from flavor to creativity. We have enjoyed the tasting menu twice, and will be returning soon to sample the regular menu -- even though, for us, there is a significant drive involved...
