I have been dying to try this place for the longest time...Ruben Quesadilla is a MUST try for an excellent, light option to a greesy, usually heavy, aged old classic! My only regret is I should have gotten a side of thousand island to dip in! It was Phenomenal & Filling! I will be back and bringing friends!

We used Happy Belly RI for Food Truck catering at our annual FunkFeast party this weekend. We were fortunate to book him on such short notice, and Dan was a pleasure to work with planning a menu and negotiating terms of the pricing.
All our family and friends raved about his food! His sandwiches were delicious, each with unique flavor profiles. He served both sweet potato fries and regular fries to accompany and they were hot and crisp.
Dan and his fiancé served efficiently with pagers so everyone could go listen to the band and mingle and not stand around and wait, which was a new concept from Food Trucks we’ve used in the past.
Happy Belly is definitely worth a try, not only for the delicious food, but Dan is genuinely a nice guy…the kind you root for to be successful in the Food Truck industry. Highly recommend stopping by his spot at the old Benny’s lot, or booking Happy Belly for your own party!
