There was plenty of space in there, the guy didn’t even know what he was saying he just told us to wait, first it was “wait 20 minutes” then switched to “35 minutes” then to “1 hour” waste of our time.

Asked for done seared salmon sushi, perfect.. yum. Great Philly roll as well. Host and server were very friendly and welcoming.

Today we ordered take out. The food was good . The service not so much. Our order came with no condiment sides; soy, duck , etc. We ordered Nime Chow that as a standard is served with a peanut sauce, chopped peanuts and a sweet Thai chili sauce . Those sides basically make the dish, those were also excluded. We called ahead to inform them of the situation and when we returned we received no peanut sauce, the gave us chopped peanuts to go in a Thai sauce and said that is peanut sauce, not true! When asked for hot mustard they said it was an up charge….When I asked them why no peanut sauce after we received none at home, I received an apology and a future credit for nime chow. The idea of takeout is simplicity not a return for items that should be included at first and then not to receive the proper items and asked to pay for items that are usually free. My chickens enjoyed the no sauce Nime chow.

Talked friends into going here this past Saturday, big mistake! Place was empty, got seated at 6 pm, 6:45 got first drink, 7:30 took our appetizer order, 8:15 got our appetizers and took our order, waited with nothing to drink or eat until 9:10, finally got the fk out of there at 9:50 pm.
Place was dead, no one at the bar and only 1 other car in the lot.

1 order crab rangoons
2 bowls of wanton soup
2 orders of Gen Taos chicken
2 orders of 3 sushi combo plate
2 rounds of drinks (8)

WE WERE CONSTENTLY LOOKING FOR THE SERVER in an empty restaurant, WE STILL TIPPED 20%

We will never go here again! sushi was ok the rest was all very disappointing, ruined the rest of the night out for us, and I sh-it dirty water for 2 days!

There used to be a good bar tender but no longer do they have one. We like to sit at the bar and eat and now the woman bartender who is serving there is rude and gives poor service. The drink she made for my husband was not made correctly . We will not be going back.

Relaxed vibe, outstanding service, amazing and tasty food. A new favorite!

We were in Bristol looking at colleges in the area and tried Jacky’s. We are picky about sushi, but were pleasantly surprised and VERY happy. Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

We switched to Jackie’s from Luke’s a while ago. Last 2 times we ordered from Jackie’s in Bristol the food was lukewarm warm, chicken fingers were hard, 80% batter. Food tasted stale. It might be time to go back to Luke’s.

Food is always great. Portions are huge. Staff was fantastic and very quick. Never an empty glass. It is very clean and well kept. I can't give it a 5 for that after having been to the North Prov one though. But this in no way takes away from it, just that the other one is new and beautifully displays their wines and flare.
