I have always enjoyed Jackie's. First time at this location in Bristol. Food came out warm, had to send one plate back to reheat. Food tasted mediocre at best. Service was amazing throughout.

The food is excellent, and the service was amazing. The only issue was that our table had a bunch of gnats that made it less enjoyable at our last visit. We've been before and it wasn't an issue.

Normally, I enjoy great service at Jacky's, but last week I placed an order online and then called to specify no avocado in my Philadelphia Roll, but it arrived with avocado. The online system does not allow for notes about special requests and directs you to call the restaurant, which makes it all the more frustrating. I followed the instructions and they still couldn't get it right. Very disappointing experience.

Stopped by Jackie's for the first time and loved it! Food and service was great and even received complimentary hot and sour soup which was excellent. Highly recommend and plan on returning!

Our server must be an owner because he was so attentive and gave us a complimentary soup while we waited for our dinner...which was also great. If you have never been.. try this place it will become a go to location. Sushi..my wife had was fabulous

Fried rice did not taste at all like fried rice. Tasted like plain brown rice. Chicken in general tso was dry and chewy. Cocktail was good. Pizza and wings were ok. Wings had min flavor. Crab Rangoon good

Omg. Genuinely the best sushi I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten sushi from all over the US and Japan (with a biased American palette*)! It was incredible and delicate and flavorful. The service was even better. I feel like we were treated like literal royalty and it wasn’t fake or forced. Like they were just so kind and awesome. Def recommend!

Overall I had a good experience but one specific sushi roll was a sham. I ordered a “lobster” passion roll that had zero nada none no way any lobster. They had one and only one very very tiny piece of shrimp they tried to say it was lobster and the manger insisted it was lobster. I am not a fool and I know what lobster is and looks like and taste like. If you insist it is lobster, then why am I getting less than 1/4 inch of lobster in a full sushi roll???? It was tempura pineapple….. that was it. Everything else was very good but please don’t insist it is lobster when you are not serving lobster. When I brought it up to manger he could NOT care any less as to what I said about the roll. Managers should at a minimum apologize but he did not even think an apology was appropriate. Jacky’s historically has been better than that.

Service was amazing!! Food was choice. Fresh sushi and the pork fried rice was oitsranding. Waiter very attentive. Complimentary soup and salad, fried noodles, and oolong iced tea with lemon and honey.
