Delicious as always
Frappes are the Bomb here
Service is the tops
Cute place! And so many flavors! They make their own waffle cones and birthday cakes
Dietary restrictions: No sugar added options, dairy free options
Don’t bother coming here is someone in your party has a nut allergy. We’ll wash the scooper to avoid cross contamination. What about the ice cream? Most reputable ice cream stores will open a new batch.

I have celiac disease and also a dairy allergy. I ordered the one gluten free vegan flavor they had (chocolate) and asked if they could open a fresh tub for me to avoid cross-contamination because I could see there were other ice cream flavors that had been scooped in the chocolate and they refused and offered only an “allergy scoop,” which clearly would have made me sick, so I had to pass on the ice cream as did my child. poor service and did not even try.

Best ice cream in Bristol. Great atmosphere being it is right next to a fun park. Recommend to order Birthday Cake.

Delicious vegan flavors. We had the chocolate and the cookie dough. Connoisseurs of top notch vegan ice cream will not be disappointed. We were here for National Ice Cream Day. A real treat across the street from a waterside park. Delightful all around.

Jules Ice cream is the absolute BEST in Bristol! We live in Michigan, and visit often. The staff are simply wonderful. If they are ever having an overwhelming or bad day, you would NEVER know. They always greet you with a welcome, hello & smile. Oh, the waffle cones are scrumptious and the selection of ice cream is fabulous!
The place is cozy and the ice creams have a refreshing taste. It is a place you have to visit if you come to Bristol.

We visited to this charming ice cream shop in the downtown area that serves generous portions of delicious, creamy ice cream. They are happy to provide samples upon request, and although they have a limited menu, the flavors are exceptional.

I went there a couple days ago and I got a regular ice cream with two scoops and the portion was very small, smaller than it was a few months back I am kind of disappointed because me and my friend paid $15 for that small portion.

Great local location, tons of flavor options, busy place but staff is excellent with the line moving quickly, small but great atmosphere and great location, can't wait to go again, highly recommended
Great selection of flavors including hard to find vegetarian options. Outdoor tables available.
Ice cream is ok. Service could be better. Ordered a few ice creams and paid for them via cc. Server did not charge for sprinkles on one of the ice creams we asked for when ordering. As a result when we expected sprinkles we were told we weren't charged for one of them. My out of town guest had to pull a few cents out of their purse to pay for the sprinkles. I don't expect anything for free, but if you didn't take order down correctly you should make it right.
