I placed an order online and my order was confirmed via text message with an order confirmation number. When I got there to pick up my order, I’m told the order confirmation number is meaningless. So, they said they never got my order and offered no solution to the problem. She just kind of ignored me as she was trying to figure out other take out orders.

Your phones are completely busy on a Friday night. If you're reaching capacity for orders and need to shut off your phones, you need to hire more people. No point in being a restaurant if you can't fulfill all your orders.

This place is amazing!! We’ve been ordering for a couple years now and have yet to have anything other than absolutely amazing !! I usually get the General Cho or Sesame Chicken combos - I’d get something different if these weren’t out of this world!!

I preferred online delivery at 5:55 . 7:30 rolls around no food payed and tipped mind you . Get a call man says he is here I said I’d come out . He is t here call back man hangs up . Call the business (which I called a hour after ordering to check where it was and they said on its way also mind I live 5 mins away of that . ) they hung up thought it was bad service call again say my order and address and explain hang up again . Try one more and said. O you’re not taking my50$ plus tip and ignoring me . So o drive there to which they are acting like they didn’t just hang up on me and then call the guy who drove around with my food that is cold now to come. Ack and give it to me . Did not refund me a cent or even the tip . I left with such aggravation because they were just gonna keep my money and not even try . I was kind on the phone with the driver and trying to call the store to let them k ow the driver was having a communication issue and was not understanding us saying we thought he was at the wrong place . Long story but I have cold food . Aggravated family and I ordered deliver that I had to pick up my self . They also did not tel me what was going on for 10 mins after I got there and explained and waited for soemthing to happen which was the driver being back cold food .. there’s no mean people but they don’t care if they take your money and you don’t get your food . The fact o waited in there for so long and they couldn’t fr make my food that was now two hours. After ordering

I placed an order for a delivery. The food was delivered quickly, hot and very, very delicious!The egg rolls were the very best I've ever had. Light and crispy. Soooo good . You will enjoy every bite no matter what you order. I have tried several different dishes. No disappointment. And the people who deliver are very friendly and courteous. When you call to place an order you are treated with respect and once completed, you are given your total without having to ask how much. You won't be sorry. I'll order without worries. I enjoy the service every time. ?

Could benefit from a better online ordering and someone else to answer the phone (he's very sharp) but they have been nice to me and the delivery woman is kind every time she delivers. Not sure why someone said she was rude. Tipping gets you better service so don't be stingy. These people have to pay bills too.
