Great spot, love the atmosphere and the brews were fantastic!! Really interesting flavors and great variety of styles! Friendly staff and located in a cool, collective area of multiple businesses! Only complaint I'd say is the price and the size of their full pours. Typically at any brewery a full pour is an actual pint or close there to...14-16 oz for the lighter pilsner/lager types, obviously less beer for varieties with higher ABVs. These glasses for 4-5.5% brews were maybe 10-12 oz for the full price others spots would charge for a real pint. I get that the overhead in the place must be a lot, it's big and beautiful, but felt the prices for the sizes were a bit out of whack.

One of our favorite spots in Bristol! The space is beautiful, spacious and welcoming. All of the beer-tenders are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Trivia night on Wednesdays and there are many local events hosted in the space. They have the best swag too!

Great beer is available in many styles. I love the openness and sunlight of this place. The servers are friendly and pleasant and will offer suggestions based on what you usually like to drink. They may even give you a taste or two. Beer flights are available for 4 up to 8 beers. When the weather cooperates, there is outside seating in the front, if you enjoy sunshine, and in the back, if you enjoy shade. You can bring in your own food or order food from local restaurants. There is a free parking lot with some spaces in the front and a huge number of parking spaces in the back. It's definitely a place to stop in when in Bristol.

What a great afternoon at Pivotal. Excellent beer, beautiful space, and Molly was incredibly kind and knowledgeable behind the bar - an A+ experience!

Great spot for live music and beverages. Nice herbal hard hibiscus ? tea. Should be a 21+ venue. Kids running around and people drinking with their babies in tow.

I rarely ever go to breweries, but recently came here with a friend while waiting for our food from Basil & Bunny. I was pleasantly surprised at the space in this place. It's huge, artsy, and has a ton of seating options. It's such a cute and fun place to meet up with friends. I got a blackberry hard tea that was pretty tasty. My friend got a non-alcoholic beer. He was happy that they offered that option because he said that a lot of places often don't. The woman who was working was very nice and personable. Highly recommend !

Great beer, great atmosphere! We came on the weekend and there was a holiday market going on- it was awesome. Love that the brewery supports these types of events! The bar staff was so great and happy to answer any of our questions!

We've spent a couple years pivotal since they opened! My husband and I are pretty partial to sour beers and we are super happy to see they always have at least one in rotation. It makes it an easy place to choose when we have beer traditionalists visiting and we want to show off a lovely brewery. The space itself is so cool - an old mill building with crazy high ceilings and some quirky decor that always starts a conversation. Everyone is always so nice, so pivotal is always in our rotation of breweries!

Hubby & I were at Brick Pizza Co. for the first time & noticed there was a brewery next door so we just had to stop in. Pivotal has super great space - high ceilings, lots of unique seating options, colorful decor, food cart for your munchy needs (on other days, when the food cart is not there, you can bring in your own food). We sat at the bar & chatted with a lovely young lady bartender. She explained the different options & let us sample a couple of beers to see which we wanted to try. Hubby went with the Pivotal - a Czech-style pilsner, I went with a 4 choice sampler - Sippi (witbier with passion fruit & mango), Tea-La (hibiscus blackberry herbal hard tea), Sir (nitro ESB) & Midnight (Czech-style dark lager). For both of us, the Pivotal pilsner was our favorite but I definitely enjoyed the unique options in my sampler. If you are in the neighborhood, I recommend stopping in to check out Pivotal.

I’ve had hundreds of IPAs. “My Name Is” is perhaps the best.

Now I know why this place nearly has a perfect 5 star rating. The beers were amazing and had a slight twist to what breweries usually have. Loved them all!The best part were the 2 ladies working. They were very kind and it was fun chatting with them for a bit. Oh and the space is big and cool.

What a cool spot for some downright delicious beers! The staff was super friendly and the giant old repurposed mill is such a great space. The kooky tables make it fun and casual.

The worst thing about this place - each beer I tried was my favorite. We had a blast at trivia night. Loved the vibe of the place. The entire staff made me feel like I was over at a friend's house.
