I’ve been sitting waiting for a drink so long I’m about to charge the bartender for the drink. Foods never been great and bad service when the bars empty is just ridiculous. Bartender also made it known that they were closing once our group left at that was at 12:11pm on a Thursday. Bars open till 1am.

Terrible experience. Very rude. Sat us with our dogs at a 6 top and then asked us 15 minutes later to move to a 2 top in full sun because they needed the larger table for a big party. It was busy and everyone was looking like we did something wrong. Manager just said he was sorry- it was busy. We’ll see how busy it is off season when the tourists aren’t around and they need local support. We’ll never go back and make sure to tell our friends. It’s not always about the food when you go out- it’s the experience. You don’t treat people that way.

The restaurant located along the street.

The food was served in a timely manner. The food was excellent overall.

The service was decent. The cost is reasonable.

The moules frites aren't that fresh, but the sauce they poured in was great and creamy.

It was enjoyable to listen to the locals chatting on the street in front of the restaurant.

The KOREAN BBQ WONTON NACHO was the highlight of our meal.

This is the first eating here. Visiting my college buddy from Rhode Island with my roommate Andy Kelly
We had a Crab Cake and Turkey Club sandwiches with pickles and French fries
Service was great. Andy says you have to come for the pickles. Lol

Nice place to bring the family. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Booths for kids indoors. Good beer selection. Food is great. We've been here a dozen times and each time we have had a really attentive and nice waitress.

We had a walk in group of 18 on a Saturday afternoon. Not only were we accommodated quickly, our server (I really wish I remembered her name) was so friendly and accommodating. I have celiac, and she was confident in understanding the need for accommodations in the kitchen… which made me feel comfortable eating there.
Everyone food was great, although the fries were a bit stale.
10/10 experience, would absolutely recommend

Classic tavern feel with a more upscale menu than traditional bar food. The two appetizers we ordered were delicious, and the lunch entrees were almost as good. The only food critique I had from this experience was that the fries were not good at all. It always makes me stop for a second to think, how could you put this much effort into all you other food items, but fries is where you draw the line, a staple of tavern/bar food. Seems like an easy fix though. A nice spot overall.

Came for lunch on a Wednesday in September. Both husband and I ordered French Dip. The bread was amazing. But the meat was dry, salty, bland and thick cut. Expected the au jus to help swallow it down but it was the worst part of the plate, A-1 au jus is what they call it. So bad! Neither one of us finished our sandwiches. We took it to go to throw away later so we didn't insult anyone. The service was awesome, the atmosphere was cool. Hubby loved the homemade pickles, still talking about it now as I write this. We have had better French dip sandwiches in hole in the wall pubs. Step it up Portside Tav.

Our food came out in a reasonable time. The meal was very good all the way around. It was also fun to hear locals gather on the street in front of the restaurant to gossip, but it was hard to hear people at my own table sometimes.

Portside is across the road from the water, with lovely views of boats. There's ample outdoor dining. The renovated mill interior has a separate sports bar and and two large dining rooms. Menu has a good variety, with some interesting apps, unique sandwiches, and upscale entrées. I was happily surprised that they had iced coffee, which was excellent. Their signature dessert is a creme brule donut- get it. Our server was quite gracious.

I went to restaurant at 3:45 with my dad. It wasn't busy. Our waiter took our order .We waited over 35 minutes to get our FishReuben sandwiches while several people at nearby tables place their orders, ate, and left.
The sandwiches were so greasy my father only ate a couple of bites.
The batter on the fish was very greasy and the fries were burnt.
I am really disappointed by the poor service and food.
I will never visit that establishment again

Usually really enjoy this spot. I thought it was only okay most recently. Food was okay. Hostess wasn't friendly. Waitress was good.
