My waiter tried to deceive me. Otty did not give me the wine I asked for, instead he served me a wine that was sitting for a long time and then said it was just opened-two strikes. Then he turned to me and said" what's the difference". I was very disappointed. Food very good. Service very unacceptable.

Excellent food and generous portions. Lobster Bisque the best ever with chunks of lobster not little pieces ! Lobster Roll. Enough for two !

View of Bristol Harbor was beautiful on a very sunny Saturday afternoon. Food was very good and we were promptly seated at our reserved time. Service as excellent.

Everything our group ordered was cooked to perfection. Most tender Lobster Rolls we've had in years. Service was a 10+

Once seated, had to go to bar to order drink. No staff came near me. Keep in mind there was a town event and restaurant busy. Remaining service good. Food excellent

We enjoyed being on the water in Bristol and enjoyed a wonderful meal. They placed us at a table for six against a wall and an outside door. Three of us sat on a chair that sloped to the middle. When it started to rain heavily four of us got quite wet. They offered to move us sort of. But we stayed at the table until storm past and still enjoyed the view of lightening and rain on the water front.

My third time visiting the restaurant, but after yesterday I will think twice before returning. They didn't try to seat us by the water when I mentioned multiple times I was coming with two people that never been when they had a table that they could've accommodated us. Then a party of 4 arrived and they sat them there when we were also 4 with 2 kids. Second the waiter didn't clean the table before putting us entrees on the table and when I tried telling the lady, she completely ignored us. Lastly, I was my daughters friend 12th bday and she got to experience most of the staff sing happy birthday to a table next to us and when we asked for a dessert to sing happy birthday only the waiter serving us came to our table and sang for the poor girl that you could see it in her face she also noticed the discrimination. Sad to say this but I will think twice before returning.

Food was over cooked and dry, incredibly slow service. Noticed alot of employees chatting and "hanging out" with other employees or other patrons of the restaurant.

We waited for a table went to the bar for a drink and were told if we're waiting for a table we couldn't order a drink right now. She came back and gave us a drink. We got our table and after our dinner and generous tip were asked to leave before we finished our drinks. There was not a line of people waiting. The food was very good and our waiter was pleasant..the hostess needs better training. We've been here many times and always had a great experience.

We were seated right away at a great table! The best amount and quality lobster roll I have ever had! Thank-you for providing a fabulous location, food and service!

From the very helpful hostess that accommodated a party of five with no reservations, to the excellent server, to the great food (particularly the lobster rolls and the clam cakes), to the beautiful view, this was a wonderful experience!
