Meh! Stale offerings. Hot items? No. They were cold and weren't supposed to be. They were even uncooked. Nothing changes at Dunkins. They are getting worse and worse, and still charging more for crap-worthy products. There is no point in complaining. They never change. Oh, but they'll charge you more for substandard offerings.

Went to drive thru this morning and asked for the six dollar meal deal on a croissant and the employee asked me want kind of coffee would I like and I said keep the coffee I don’t want it . She said because I would have to pay $ 6.99 instead of $6.00 I told her you just lost a customer and drove away . Look if anything I’m saving you money you don’t have to use a cup or coffee for my order . I hope This is business 101 for you. I will never go to your store again.

My croissant is burnt blackish on all sides don't have time to bring it back maybe it's time to get rid of the management

Do not know what is up with the stoners that work here at night, but they clearly have no idea of what they are doing at night. You ask for one flavor and they give you another one. You ask them to fix the coffee and they proceed to still give you a different flavor that is again nit what you asked for. Then stand there looking at you as if you have ten heads.
