If I could give a review of less than 1 star I would!!
Counter help was terrible, the guy behind the counter was very rude and surly and needs to learn how to speak to people.
Kids running around and screaming at the top of their lungs…
Like a Zoo in a Third World country
Took over 10 minutes to get 1 simple meatball sub which was cold and SUCKED
I would rather starve than go to that place again

I love Shannon she's my favorite employee ny only problem is the owner has inconsistent store hours thus sub way used to be so good in my child hood years now it seems like they're going to go out of business

The Owner doesn't except the coupons that are sent to me by mail. Mont end is the worst as he saves his old bread and rids it for the people collecting there monthly check.

It seems like the owner of the subway is unable to keep a good staff. Usually language seems to be the biggest barrier as well. The subway employees barely speak English which makes it difficult to order what I want.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with at a Subway. The cashier was rude and impatient. I am a very polite and courteous customer to begin with and to be treated like I've personally offended you by graciously giving your place of employment business is frankly, inexcusable. In addition, the bathroom was "out of service". So there was no place to wash our hands before we ate. Luckily, we had our own hand sanitizer. Then when I asked for more than the one napkin I was given for my sandwich, I was told by the cashier that they only give one napkin per sandwich. What? That is laughable and horrible customer service. In short, I will make it a point to not stop at this Subway ever again
