Don’t order ahead on the mobile app, if they don’t have it they won’t give you a refund and they’ll be super rude about it unless the manager is in the actual building.

Parking lot entrance is very weird and annoying but inside it’s just like every other Dunkin so not bad.

I was in a rush with a friend to move him out of his apartment, I ordered a matcha with a vanilla shot and a bacon egg and cheese (and asked for cream cheese on the bagel) he ordered 2 wake up wraps and a coffee with caramel…. We got a matcha with Caramel, an unflavored coffee, a BEC sandwich with no cream cheese and charged for two but only received 1 wake up wrap. Tried calling to try and work out a resolution but would repeatedly ring and be sent to voice mail almost immediately. Today I ordered another matcha that had clumps of powder the size of a Pennies even after I asked to have my drink remixed. Just disappointing to be frank.

Donuts were stale and tasted like day olds. Got an ice coffee and it tasted like the previous days hot brewed coffee that was burned and then chilled overnight. This will be a last resort Dunkin for me.

I had ordered food with a friend this morning. However one of my bacon egg and cheese wraps was missing from my order. We were under a time deadline and could not turn around once we realized there was a mistake. A wrap costs $5.98 before tax. I tried to call back, multiple times, to get a refund. However, the employees wouldn't pick up the phone. Not to mention both of the drinks we got were messed up as well. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dunkin in Charlestown is going to rob you of every nickel and dime.
Wow where do I begin, these guys freaking suck. Tried to get donuts today and for the second time this week, had to go somewhere else as they were all out before 11am, guess that’s why it’s Dunkin’ now and not Dunkin’ Donuts ?. Not to mention they left multiple orders of hash browns out of our bag. Then we get home to find out our coffee which we specifically asked for oat milk had cream in them, which didn’t sit well in my intolerant tummy ?. Didn’t think a group of Dunkin’ degenerates could offer worse service than the location on Main Street in East Greenwich but I guess I was wrong. Plus the girl in the window touched my finger during the cash transaction and I don’t know what I’m supposed to make of this. Did she know she skimped out on my hash browns, who’s to say. After all this nonsense we will probably be back as this trash hole is still the closest Dunkin’ to our home. Not happy

the staff here is kinda…….. something else. there’s one guy here that always seems angry. everyone else is a little undertrained. the people need to take their time taking orders. i only suggest you go here if u want get ur entire order wrong lol.
