“I have lived in Charlestown for over 35 years. This used to be a good place to order food but not lately. I have had numerous bad experiences lately. Tonight I placed an order for 2 hamburgers and a Philly steak for delivery. The order was placed at 5, I was told it would be 45 minutes. The driver showed up at 7. The food is cold, the French fries are soggy, the lettuce is black and wilted. This is my last orderfor them and I live a half mile away.”

Five stars for the staff who is always so gracious and lovely, minus the one time I was taken aback by the disrespect and unprofessionalism of one of the members. I hope that due to the poor choice of this staff member, that the members’misbehavior doesn’t reflect upon the teams’ sweet and wholesome image.”

“Absolutely perfect. Warm cozy diner vibes with friendly staff and amazing food. The pancakes are the best I’ve ever had and the home fries are top 5 too! The meat lovers omelet and the wheat toast are also really really good. Cannot beat it for the price. 2 people in and out and full for $30!”

“This bakery has the most delicious desserts! Thanksgiving we ordered pecan pie that was scrumptious! Christmas we ordered ginger bread cheese cake that was both decadent and decorative. I would give this vegan bakery a 10 ⭐️ star rating.”

“Not terrible, just definitely for tourists. The food I got was clearly microwaved with the mashed potatoes having this weird separated liquid around it but the meal overall tasted good. $18 for a cocktail though. I’d opt for purslane”

“Our second stop on our Saturday Taco crawl took us to Maiz. The shop was decked out for the Halloween season. Inside the place reminds you of a Mexican cantina. Brightly colored flags adorning the ceiling contrasted the sand colored wall. Our server was very nice, letting us know what our options were for the fight. I chose to upgrade mine to pastor tacos as they are my favorite type. My friends got a Birria taco, a shrimp taco and the carnitas taco. It didn't take long before our food arrived. Fresh and hot, we quickly dived in. The pastor was flavorful, a slight char taste that made the whole thing sing a symphony for my taste buds. The shrimp taco was particularly good as well. The shrimp was succulent and the addition of the pineapple took it to the next level. The Birria meat was tender and juicy. The carnitas was a solid choice as well. Their homemade hot sauce, mild or spicy, on the side. All washed down with ice cold Mexican coke. Another taco spot in the books as a place to return. We only live 9 minutes away so it's a sure thing for us!”

“I love my cheese and this is the only place to get the good stuff. Cottonwood cheddar, Stilton blue cheese, and the Melinda May are some of my favorites. But new stuff is coming in all the time so be sure to ask.”

“If you run out of baked goods and PIZZAby 10:00 a.m. on a weekend constantly, wouldn't you ask yourself if you aren't interested in pleasing your regular customers? You fail the customers who come all the time and tend to the tourists evidently.

“I have been dining at Wood River Golf for over 10 years maybe even closer to 20 they have had their ups and downs especially during "C". Dinner this past Saturday night was fabulous. Their chicken parmesan is still the best around. I can say with confidence I have never had a bad meal there. Prime rib Saturday was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend! I know everyone has been struggling to find good help but thank the Lord they have a strong family support system and a wonderful bartender who has always been loyal.”
