“I have been to many asian food restaurants as I traveled in Asia and especially China, Jayd Bun is by far one of the best asian food experiences I have had over the years. The food was absolutely amazing. The flavors combined with spices and the noodles were incredible. So if you enjoy a spicy asian food, Jayd Bun is the place to get it. It’s a take out order but taking advantage of the suggestions of getting this takeout food to a few local places where you can drink and enjoy Jayd Bun food. Our favorite food were the Yo Po, Jayd Noodles and of course the buns.”

“Our second stop on our Saturday Taco crawl took us to Maiz. The shop was decked out for the Halloween season. Inside the place reminds you of a Mexican cantina. Brightly colored flags adorning the ceiling contrasted the sand colored wall. Our server was very nice, letting us know what our options were for the fight. I chose to upgrade mine to pastor tacos as they are my favorite type. My friends got a Birria taco, a shrimp taco and the carnitas taco. It didn't take long before our food arrived. Fresh and hot, we quickly dived in. The pastor was flavorful, a slight char taste that made the whole thing sing a symphony for my taste buds. The shrimp taco was particularly good as well. The shrimp was succulent and the addition of the pineapple took it to the next level. The Birria meat was tender and juicy. The carnitas was a solid choice as well. Their homemade hot sauce, mild or spicy, on the side. All washed down with ice cold Mexican coke. Another taco spot in the books as a place to return. We only live 9 minutes away so it's a sure thing for us!”

“Drunken noodle is my favorite dish and is appropriately spicy (not “White people” spicy). The chicken and beef slices are chunky, so the protein is always bland as their thickness doesn’t absorb the sauce. My second favorite is the beef fried rice. However, the vegetables used in the fried rice varies dramatically and randomly. Sometimes it’s tomatoes and just green onions but sometimes it’s just onions and green onions, etc. Fried rice is amazing with their hot chili oil. Favorite appetizer is their deep fried dumplings. The garlic green beans are also delicious, crunchy, and fresh.

The restaurant itself can be uncomfortable to eat in, unfortunately. It’s hot, humid, and generally muggy in the summer. Tables are wobbly and sticky. Relatively pricey restaurant for their items”

“Ramen is good - good flavor but not too rich. Fresh vegetables are used, though the meat was a little dry the day I visited.

The pork buns are a hit. New Wave prepares their version, different, but well packed with meat and toppings and asian sauce.

Pricy if one is price sensitive, but a good stop for ramen.

Plenty of seating indoors and a few tables outside. Be mindful of the hours of operation as they are not standard.”

“Visited to see dueling pianos, and what an experience. Beer was cold and fantastic. They also serve wines and infused drinks. Show and atmosphere was amazing, with high energy and exciting vibes all around. They have a nice selection of beer, from hoppy to malty with varying degrees of alcohol content. Nicely put together show. We will be back.”

Not unlike 'where everybody knows ... blah, blah, blah .... amazing array of beers from around the globe ... enough to fill all THREE bars in this cozy tavern tucked into nowhere. I don't live here or drink beer, but if I did - i would L I V E here. Warm, cozy, welcoming – just like the place you want to be. Baby back ribs platter and Cobb salad complete with mid-american BBQ flavors topped off with a glass of Beer'd Kittens. Cheers”

But also try their home made corn chips, muffins, and other baked goods. And you can find drinks, fresh eggs and cold desserts in the fridge. Pay by cash or digital payment. Free parking but small lot
Near beaches. But go early as things sell out. Then go home and make a wonderful breakfast. I made French toast and home made blueberry sauce.”

“I Love “Mom and Pop” coffee shops and discovered this one almost accidentally over a year ago. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The baristas are professional and sweet and will help decide if you want everything 🙋‍♀️. We stopped by today after my son’s dentist appointment and as busy as it was (very) the owner still took time to chat about life, family, work, New England and kids. We discovered we both have sons named after the famous Hayden Christensen - Darth Vader. Good people, cozy atmosphere, GREAT coffee - highly recommend. *Bonus* they have love for the military. 🇺🇸❤️”

“My husband and I celebrated our 56th Anniversary at the Chophouse Grill tonight! Our server, Grace, was simply amazing! She was so cheerful and explained the different meals that were of interest to us! We both ordered the
Whiskey Braised Short ribs and they were absolutely delicious!! For dessert we had the scrumptious brownie with ice cream and whipped cream!! So yummy 😋!! Grace put a candle in the dessert and took some photos!!

“Went there with a party of ten for a birthday dinner, including kids, and everything was great! Everyone loved their meal (including the teenagers). The staff was attentive and did a great job accommodating a few custom orders. The food was top-notch, with big portions. I definitely recommend the sizzling fajitas!

They also give you free nachos while you order, and they were delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌮🎉”

“We stopped in here randomly on our way to the Farmer’s Daughter Fall Festival. It was such a good experience it’s now part of our tradition. Our girls remembered, a year later, how much they enjoyed it. Allie’s has great food and service. And it starts at the top. The owner takes a lot of pride in the place . While we were there he came out and asked everyone if we were enjoying the food. And before I left he shook my hand and remembered who I was (from a year ago). The place is adjacent to a college campus (I went to URI so I found it reminiscing as I drove thru) so you might not think of it for a meal out with your family. But you should. And the prices are really fair for the portions you get. This is a business we need to support. We WILL return. At least once a year and more if possible.”

“There was a mess up on an order, I have spoken to the staff and manager 3 times. I've been waiting on an email to compensate me for the mistake. My understanding is that they use a 3rd party, well checking everyday for now over a week. As pleasant as Denise ,the manager, is follow through hasn't happened. No email, I give up, for people that know me....I never leave a bad review but try to deal with it directly.That usually fixes the problem. I won't go back and I'm not looking for the email anymore.”
