The Beach Rose Cafe

Very disappointing. Unfriendly service. Got the overnight oats which was loaded with sugar. The sourdough bagels are very disappointing. Not like a bagel at all. More like white bread. I asked if they had any oats without sugar and the cook responded like oats are never made without sugar. I ended up throwing everything out! My wife ordered the tuna on gluten free bread, but they gave her regular bread. They also forgot to add the muffin she ordered.
See owners response. This is what is meant by bad service. We came up twice--once to say you forgot the muffin and a second time to ask about the oats. Owners response should be an indication of bad service you will get. And yes I threw out my food!

This is such a special place. I live closeby year round and have watched them grow. The food is so delicious and fresh. I see them working so hard every time I’m there. I highly recommend!

Awful. Absolutely awful. I got an iced Chai tea it was chunky and the taste was awful. It was like they put nutmeg in milk and called it a day but didn’t even mix it. There was about half an inch of unmixed nutmeg at the bottom of my cup. I also got a pulled pork panini. Also awful. There was a bone in it. I understand a tiny bone but it was the size of my thumb. Would not recommend.

Ordered 1 damn sandwich…someone else grabbed mine, and then had to wait another 30 mins for mine. Once a customer says they messed up and gave sandwich to someone else, wouldn’t you make their sandwich immediately? No, the cafe continued making sandwiches for others behind my order! Then I got furious, asked for a refund (ps I was with my 88 year old mom who was very hungry), and they REFUSED to give me a refund. Terrible on them because this is the result - bad review and loss of a customer. I don’t care if it’s a busy weekend. They really messed this up and should have just given me a refund for their errors. The free cookie just didn’t cut it at that point!

The coffee is top knotch, the food si 7/10 and a bit pricey, but about normal for the area. Small seating area inside, and more outside. Plenty of parking. Barista didn't add sugar to my coffee as agreed, but the coffee taste and quality more than made up for the tiny omission. Would highly recommend, and definitely will be back for the coffee! 😃

My daughter&i got food to go recently.the tuna wrap I got was very good! My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich.she asked for no pickles.the sandwich had pickles on it.she took them off and ate the sandwich.she liked the pulled pork.the place is 2 small rooms.the service was good!

I came here after a long, restful day on the beach with my friends. We were all pretty tired and wanted to fuel up before our car ride back, so we decided to stop into Beach Rose Cafe. The staff were so incredibly kind—even though we came in right before closing. The coffee and food was delicious, the atmosphere fun and inviting, and they gifted us some of the day’s end pastries! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Beach Rose Cafe we’ll be back!

Love this spot! Fantastic sourdough bagels and sandwiches - especially love the cheddar sourdough bagel. Excellent baked goods too, cinnamon rolls and cookies are divine!
