Thought maybe it was a one time thing, but every time we come here, we're waiting at least 5-10 minutes minimum at the window just for food or drinks to come out. The food is good, but takes a bit of time to be in and out.

The line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building and into the street. I tried to order on the app but the total shown was more than the total of items ordered. The prices for the frozen drinks are so over-priced. Apparently, they're 3.79 for the regular size unless you go during happy hour when they're $1 each. The drink is so small for 3.79! I will not be back anytime soon.
So after my fiancé made a purchase and leaving the premises, our drinks spilled all over the car. I go back and go back in to clean the cups off and refill them. The lady behind the counter was sooooo rude to me! She said I can’t wash my old Taco Bell cups here and I explained that I spilled my drinks and she sat and stared at me and continued to sit there and say I couldn’t do that. She then tried to walk back to get her manager and at this point I was upset and just walked out. was forced to go to another establishment and explain what happened and fill my drinks at a different location. Didn’t even ask for a receipt or really care at all. Please tell your staff not to be rude to customers and accuse them of lying when I clearly had sticky soda cups from spilling them. I’m very unhappy with the way I was treated and to have to go to another location that was out of the way to get my cups refilled. I will be writing a letter to corporate.

The operational model at this location prioritizes the drive thru, online orders, grub hub, uber eats, etc, over customers that want dine in their restaurant.It is very deceiving to see plenty of parking spaces, to enter the restaurant, to see one customer, and then have to wait 8 minutes to place an order. Then, wait 40 minutes to receive the meal. This is not acceptable for a "fast food" restaurant.This is in Coventry RI.

me and my husband visited this location and we were both very unimpressed. we dined in and it took 20 minutes for the food to come out while there was no one else there. when our food came out it was cold and my husband was missing half of his order. there was also this weird chunky sauce on his cheesy gordita crunch that was definitely not supposed to be there. all the tables were dirty and when my husband went to the bathroom, the door handle fell off. so i won't be coming back, and i advise you don't either.
they're the only taco bell in r.i. that opens at 9 so that means no breakfast (the one thing at taco bell that's NOT mediocre).
