The line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building and into the street. I tried to order on the app but the total shown was more than the total of items ordered. The prices for the frozen drinks are so over-priced. Apparently, they're 3.79 for the regular size unless you go during happy hour when they're $1 each. The drink is so small for 3.79! I will not be back anytime soon.
The operational model at this location prioritizes the drive thru, online orders, grub hub, uber eats, etc, over customers that want dine in their restaurant.It is very deceiving to see plenty of parking spaces, to enter the restaurant, to see one customer, and then have to wait 8 minutes to place an order. Then, wait 40 minutes to receive the meal. This is not acceptable for a "fast food" restaurant.This is in Coventry RI.

Thought maybe it was a one time thing, but every time we come here, we're waiting at least 5-10 minutes minimum at the window just for food or drinks to come out. The food is good, but takes a bit of time to be in and out.
