um i could cry because gluten free cinnamon roll??? the icing and gingerbread cookies were also delightful. that icing kept for a long time too. i enjoyed the spinach turnover as well, soooo flavorful. the custard dessert i got was good for the custard part but the piece i got had a little too much salt i think. or maybe i let it sit in my fridge for a day too long idk. i have not yet tried the pasta in the frozen section but i will update when i make it. appreciate the stuffing mix and bread crumbs. what a gem for Rhody.

I don't know what happened to quality control. Most of the items I bought on my last visit ended up in the trash where it belongs. Does anyone bother to taste these items? No instructions on the frozen mini apple crumb pie (temp/ mins to bake) Don't see me returning any time soon.

They really need to keep their hours updated on Google. I wasted a 20 minute trip down here to find a note on the door they are closed until January 8th. Ended up going to a different bakery as I needed dessert for a party.

A&J Bakery makes quality and delicious foods that accommodate various dietary restrictions. I'm not going to say that their baked goods taste exactly like the dairy and gluten-filled regular versions, but they are all still delicious. In addition to freshly baked goods like cookies, cakes, and pies, they sell gluten free products like pasta, all purpose flour, etc.. If you have a restrictive diet, this is a wonderful bakery to visit. The staff is very nice and willing to answer any questions you may have about the food they sell.Dietary restrictions: The entire facility is nut and gluten free. They also cater to other dietary restrictions like egg and dairy and have labels on all the foods with allergen information.Parking: There is a dedicated parking lot for this and other nearby businesses.

13 years ago when my wife and son were diagnosed with Celiac this place was a God send from heaven. Then the $$$ took priority over quality big time. You can't freeze pasta and absolutely can't freeze pastry or desserts no it's and or butter. Yeah you can buy a 4 pack of bread from BJ's to save a dollar. Nothing comes close to fresh baked oven fresh baked goods. We ordered a Yule log for Xmas eve. Picked it up that day and specified we wanted it fresh. Dinner was over time for dessert it was frozen solid. I called to complain a day later. There response was you didn't say what day you were gonna eat it.my response way it was supposed to be fresh and I wasn't aware you needed to be included in our family dinner plans. Never again!
