The food was amazing nice and hot and fresh. The wait wasn't long at all and my waitress was very friendly. Over all the service was great. I would definitely come back again

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We waited 3 HOURS for our food! After complaining for waiting an hour for our entrees, the manager took a percentage off the bill and said we could order more food. Only to wait over another hour with little to no communication!! We arrived at 4:30 and didn’t leave til after 7:30. There were groups that arrived after us who finished eating while we still waited for our entrees. Not to mention that the bathrooms are gross and there was hair in the sink. The atmosphere, service and overall professionalism of the Applebees is horrendous. I will not be going back!

Three. Hours. Three whole hours at Applebee's! Not because I have good conversations, but because my food took a total of TWO hours to come out. It was unbelievable and unprofessional. Fortunately, I was well compensated. The manager's breath smelled of alcohol. The kitchen was the reason our food took so long. Don't waste your time coming here. The food is not worth it and it was cold! Truly never experienced such awful service in my life.

Waited 30 minutes for a server to even show up and take our drinks and an hour for just boneless wings, shrimps and fries to get to our table. We didn’t order anything crazy or over the top. The manager also witnessed all of this happening and didnt come by to apologize but instead, happily served the table that got seated after us their food even though we ordered like 20 minutes before them. Also our server didn’t give us utensils and when we asked it for it, she never came back to the table with it. My boyfriend had to go ask the bartender for some and they said they would bring us some and they brought it out to us like 10 mins after we asked the bartender probably 20 mins after we asked our waitress. My food was cold by the time someone actually brought utensils. Never again

let me just say that this place is INCREDIBLY understaffed. we first waited 20 mins to be sat. then following that, we waited another 25 minutes at our table. people that got there after us got their order taken. we didn’t even have anyone come up to us and take a drink order. twenty. five. minutes. i ended up leaving because it was 11 at night and i was incredibly disappointed. the people being served before us was just the icing on the cake. i will never be coming back to this applebees. do better.

It was national wing day so I took advantage of their online special of buy one order of wings, get one free.

I ordered their boneless wings with sweet Asian chili sauce and then bone-in wings with garlic Parmesan.

Neither order of wings were juicy, but I enjoyed the boneless wings more. They were white meat and the sauce was fantastic.

However, the garlic Parmesan wings were too much. This is one of my favorite toppings/sauces for wings, but there were way too greasy - borderline disgusting. Their site says it adds 390 cal, but it tasted like an additional 700. I did like the crispiness of these wings though.

Service wasn’t great. Workers weren’t that friendly and the food took longer than it should have to come out.

While the food and service was good I could not get past the stained and dirty carpet. The ceiling tiles were also gross. The restaurant is located in a trendy shopping plaza and I really expected better when I walked in.

Very disappointed used love coming here but I saw a mouse that came from under my table and swiped my foot then I felt them in my seat didn’t even finish my food left in a hurry NEED TO DO

Writing this as I’m leaving. 4 people and a baby…and was seated at a small booth. We sat there for 15 minutes. Was never asked if we wanted water. Ended up walking out. Horrible non existent service.
