Bagel Express in the Village

Here's the deal this is a great place to grab a coffee of a quick bite. Its great. Why isn't it 5 stars? Just because not everyplace is a 5 star place. And thats okay because coffee and bagels are supposed to be an everyday thing. 5 stars isnt an everyday thing. So go here and enjoy a coffee and a bagel; Or grab you a sandwich for lunch.

Fresh tasty. Quick service. Good coffee. Non dairy milk choices. Iced chai was good.Fruit smoothies good. The crossiant is more like brioche bread. I couldn't find the cheese in my breakfast sandwich unless its mixed in w the egg. The pumpkin cake I had was moist but overly sweet for my taste. Nice selection of hot sauces. Nice atmosphere cozy outdoor dining. Tight and cozy inside.

The staff,
The two men work well as a team
They both help each other out
The younger one is a quick thinker and despite being out of one ingredient , can quickly suggest a great substitute for it still delivering a very breakfast meal

The more seasoned man, he has what you need to hear and a positive shinning additude a great way to boost your mood before you head towards work.

The prices are somewhat high, the area and over head make this understandable. You will NOT get quality and speed of service like this at any drive thru and it is justvas quick

Best bagels. Best prices.

Bagel Express has set a ridiculously high standard that will depressingly ruin every subsequent bagel I have, here in Rhode Island, and likely wherever I go.

I have never actually eaten a bagel before today, and the sense of wasted time in not eating bagels up to this point in my life now hurts me on an emotional level.

Going all in on the specials board in a panic, I ended up with an “everything bagel” with egg, cheese and ham. This random decision was serendipitous, as it turned out to be delicious.

I didn’t get the name of the bloke serving, but they were very knowledgeable about all things bagel related, and really sold me on their “steamed bagel” vs “boiled bagel” approach (I am now firmly in the steamed bagel camp, and will die needlessly on this hill with minimal prompting).

In summary, it was fresh, delicious and great value for money, and the customer service will likely see me returning on a weekly basis.

The coffee was also pretty good.

The bagels here are fantastic. I’ve only down a few TooGoodToGo orders, but each time we get a whole bunch of bagels for a great price! Planning on actually stopping in for their sandwiches at some point, but let me just recommend the sunflower bagels - sooooo good!

My family loves the bagels here—they're always fresh and delicious! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, making every visit feel special. It's a wonderfully kid-friendly spot, which is a big plus for us. I’m also a fan of their coffee; it’s always perfectly brewed. Highly recommend this place!
