I gave it 3 stars because it does taste good. I can't go anymore because every time I eat there, it seems like I took a major laxative. 1 hour later, I am camping on the toilet.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating when asking for a change to the order. If you take your food to go and realize it was made wrong, as long as you bring back both the food and the receipt, they're happy to remake the food. I've definitely revisited this place several times in the past week alone.
Dietary restrictions: If the staff is made aware of any allergies, they make sure that no contact with the allergen is made.
Parking: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, but the area in front of the store does fill quite fast
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booths that move, as well as tables with chairs that pull out for easier access when seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get in and the food selection in the front is low enough that it can be seen from a wheelchair. They also have handheld menus at the front for if you can't read the screens.
This place got everything clean and everything organized I loved how kind I was treated definitely eating here again. Just that I couldn’t use the bathroom it was closed and I had a little emergency but everything good and the girl that is in front very nice. Thank you for such a good food and environment.

This place is good in terms of food just like every other Bajas location. The girl up front at the register was just a little condescending when we had a question about the price. I do understand that “food costs money”.

I gave this location three separate chances. Each time their rice was undercooked and crunchy. Why can you not get the rice correct nobody wants crunchy rice in their burrito. That’s disgusting. Also, the mixed vegetables are bizarre who wants pieces of broccoli in their burrito. It’s so strange. I’ll stick with chipotle thank you
A big shout out to the Baja team at Cranston. After my order pick up I forgot my card in the slot. Halfway home I happened to check and called them up and sure enough the cashier “Darling” had kept it safe. I am ever so grateful & thankful to them for keeping my card safe.

Love Bajas! The best local fast food Mexican but it’s nothing short of quality. hate to say this but it is better than a place I went to in Arizona and much cheaper! Fresh ingredients succulent shrimp, fresh grilled or chipotle chicken, amazing carnitas, tender juicy steak plus a variety of made to order toppings, pico de gallo, shredded cheeses, fresh guacamole, sliced avocado, salsas, rich sour cream crispy tacos or stuffed burritos or whatever you like! And refreshing beverages and sweet tempting desserts like the tree leches cake outstanding service, price point, cleanliness, quality of Mexican food very southwestern atmosphere alllll good for a take out fast food Mexican place is it outstanding beats out some sit down joints! we are regulars in my household! Can’t wait for the new location closer to me!
