Horrible service. The guy that takes your order rushes you and was all pissed off and angry at everyone at a point yelling next, even though the line is backed up as possible and there is no social distance at all, impossible. Horrible place!!!!!!! Will never rerurn!!!!

The rice bowl is fantastic. However, y'all need to offer a smaller version. Half the size, half the price, basically a kid's size. Y'all would sell so many of those! Y'all would make hecka bank! Cuz the normal size rice bowl is a lot of food. Sometimes people just want a light snack. Thanks in advance for adding it to the menu. I know for a fact that when management sees this, they will love the idea, and they will add it to the menu at every location. Thanks again.

I had a really bad experience with this place. I ordered through Uber Eats and did not receive part of my order. When I called the restaurant to explain the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and had a very bad attitude.
Instead of trying to help or take responsibility, they told me to call Uber and basically brushed me off. Customer service was terrible, and I felt disrespected as a paying customer.
Mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again.

It sure felt like they were family in there and that’s what I can appreciate. The way they worked so efficiently made me enjoy the place so much! It was busy but it moved quick. One person had to get back in line because he wanted to order something else and the person that was paying was waiting at the register so that was holding things up but other than that, I love the place. You will def hit your protein goal here with the amount of food they put give! Def will be coming back!

What a joke, now I see why calientes is a better place to eat, better food, and service. Charge you for every single thing you eat. A burrito which doesn’t have rice or beans but if you want steak or chicken it’s $14.00?!!!🤬 then the tax that they do not explain on your receipt makes you more mad. My order was $13.00 but came up to $14.03 what?? How?! I’ll Never come here again! I’ll make sure to tell everyone i know about how the all around service, prices, attitudes of employees, and quality of food is absolutely awful!!!!
Fast service and great food. The counter help are pleasant and remembered I like sweet potatoe fries. 🤣 Baja's is a great substitute for fast food. The meat is fall off the bone tender and it is swaddled in a plethera of fresh vegetables. Who wants to cook after a day of Christmas shopping? I know I didn't tonight. Im thankful they are close by.
