I love their rotisserie chicken, but I could not eat the sides that accompanied my meal on this day...Something was missing...flavor...Update: Today, I returned to see if there's been any improvement to this franchise location. Well, this sign says it all...didn't get dinner on this occasion.

Rotisserie Chicken and sides were good. The service was friendly. Not sure what’s going on inside store. It appears like it’s about to close. Half the menu is unavailable and very limited selection. Went during typical dinner rush time and no one was there and staff was sitting down waiting for customers. This was a booming restaurant for a very long time

Restaurant is closed! Nothing on web site citing closure. Allowed you to order online. What's up with that

In the last 6 months I have stopped at the Garden City Boston Market four times and they have always been out of meatloaf. After not going there for about 2 months I decided to give them another try. That was a mistake. They had meatloaf but it tasted sour. The mixed vegetables were extremely dry and the cornbread was very hard. I think you should spend more money on getting a better management team or lock the doors.

Let me start off by saying the staff was excellent, and wonderful with their service.I love Boston market, but this last experience just missed the mark by so much. Half the menu isn't available, and whatever is available is comparable to cafeteria lunch. The chicken was good although they didn't have any of the flavors we were interested in. The mashed potatoes had the rate consistency, but did not taste like anything. I've never tasted mashed potatoes that tasted like water before. Cornbread was burnt and dry, and the gravy was bland. I've noticed the steady decrease in quality with the garden City store, it would love to see them turn it around and return to their former glory. It shouldn't feel like walking into a cafeteria at school lunch

I used to enjoy Boston Market. Unfortunately this location has gone down hill since the pandemic. They have had staffing issues and now they have food quality issues. It has never been gourmet quality but a quick style dinner if you didn't feel like cooking. The menus are confusing and I got the vibe from the staff they did not want to be there. Poor customer service and poor food quality I do not recommend spending your hard earned money. You'd be better off going to Whole foods or Shaw's and grabbing one of their rotisserie chickens and some heat and eat sides for better quality at a lower price.

For startersThe girl behind the counter was quite pleasant. How ever the other gentleman there was just sitting on the back counter on his cell phone the whole time even as more guest arrived.I was told by the young lady that the full menu was limited do to not having many items. We received our order and the food tastes like it had been heated up serveal times (( like most was a few days old )).The chicken was so dry and over cooked I could not even cut it and it was rock hard along the edges. The kernel corn tasted like it had lemon juice in it .The sweet potato Casserole was quite watery soupie, and the spinach seemed to be a load of watery cheese mixed in spinich. Was quite disappointed with this visit I may never return to this location .I kinda got a bad vibe when I walked in and saw an employee sitting on the counter on there cell phone.I'm sure there employees are compensated well for there work and this should be addressed by management.I know this is not what happens at there other locations that I have been to as I have never come across this.I was very upset ?. !!!!04/15 /2023Approximately :2:30pmLocation: Garden city CranstonKid-friendliness: Kid size portions availableParking: Right out side the doorWheelchair accessibility: Easy one level in and out

I haven't been to a Boston Market in a long time so figured I would go for lunch today to try the Rotisserie Nuggets. There is a note on the door with a list of at least 10 items they are out of due to "supply chain shortage" one being the nuggets. So I'll get a sandwich, nope not making sandwiches today (I guess no bread) so I get 2 pieces of the "fried chicken" it comes with 2 sides so mashed/gravy it is because Mac & cheese looked like soup, Creamed spinach looked stuck to the pan, broccoli looked overcooked, sweet potatoes did not have the marshmallows and those were the only choices. I asked for a fountain soda, oh they don't have ice so it will be room temp, um no thanks. The girl cashing me out said that someone was out buying supplies, I asked if there was BM distribution center (I have seen the delivery trucks) she replied yes but they don't supply everything like ice and bread because they like to buy that stuff fresh, wait what? doesn't the ice come from the ice maker, oh it's not working! she said that the distribution center is low on proteins and that is why they don't have a lot of stuff. Sorry, I am pretty sure who ever does your ordering is not doing a great job. BTW, did I say I went for lunch so it was 12:15pm. **EDIT** nothing had flavor it was so bland, my co-worker got Mashed and Gravy as well and said it was so flavorless!

Do not waste your money. Half the menu wasn’t even available( no beef or chicken or sweet potatoes) mashed potatoes were really disgusting box and water mash. The meal tasted like soup kitchen food i had to pay for. Sad!

Horrible dinner!!! When I walked in I had a weird feeling. It looked like the restaurant is about to close their door. The whole dinner was a disaster I through it away didn’t even want to give it to the dogs. The chicken was dry, the mashed potatoes tasted like water the Mac and cheese was gooey in a bad way and the corn was dry and wrinkly. I haven’t been to BM in a while but it wasn’t like that at all. I purchased the meal around 4:30 right before dinner so you expect some chicken to be cooking and getting ready for the evening rush. The person there looked like he was alone. I think it’s going to close very soon. I’m very disappointed to say the least. I will not return that is for sure.

If I can put a zero stars I would. I went recently the mashed potatoes tasted instant. My macaroni and cheese it’s like the cheese was balling up off it, the brownie was gross and mushy. I knew something was wrong when they served me my food in a white styrofoam takeout plate. This place fell off and it’s sad because this was my favorite place to go.

Ordered my food online because when i called the pine was busy for a hour at least. First the food looks like it was thrown into foam containers. They gave me meatloaf and broccoli. No corn bread or the vegetable stuffing i asked for. They didnt tell me they were missing things. I got to car and looked. Was told corn bread is a Courtesy and they don't have to give it to me. So no corn bread and they was out of the stuffing. Worker was very rude. No help and food was cold. My drink had to be made forst cuz when i got there all the ice was melted. I ended up throwin my food and drinks away 36$ wasted. Restaurant wasnt even cleaned. Will never go here again

This food was equivalent to the slop that they leave in the trash can in the back after a couple of months of not picking it up from the dumpster. It was horrendous. The corn was so dry I could put it in my goddamm bird feeder. The mash had absolutely no flavor and nothing could bring it back from the grave it was left in. The chicken was decent but I could've eaten better chicken at stop and shop. The cornbread was dry and frozen cold. The gravy was CHUNKY, . The worst meal I had ever experienced. Called customer support to only find the line was off the hook everytime I called. Furthermore, the only person that answered was the catering service and even then it felt like I was talking to Tmobile service reps. Horrible, will never go back. Worst $40 spent.

Went to pick up a curbside order and they were closed. But they still took my money and I was able to order online.
