Whoever was closing the 2 workers working September 18th we placed the order before close, they decided to take the payment ignore the order from the third party app and when I went I had ordered on iPad so did not have the confirmation so they lied said that they never got or made it but my money is still taken and the app says the store accepted and made the order and that it was ready for pick up when I arrived they said they were closed I stated I had already ordered and had to walk they lied and smiled in my face I just got home to add this picture of proof hoping the manager sees this and understands his two workers who closed on September 18th 2025 are not dedicated to their job and would rather rob customers so they can go home early! Thank you for robbing me like a corn!

Ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and sausage. An order of onion rings . He says $30 They charged me 2.75 for each meat when it was only on half the pizza then I get it there’s hardly any meat and the sausage looks like sliced hotdogs. I call he says it’s turkey sausage. If you aren’t advertising that then that’s not what people expect ordering sausage. It was gross . The price was ridiculous for what I received. Won’t be back . Sad pizza taste was not bad the o rings were good . But ridiculous to charge me six dollars for meat when on half a pizza then hardly add it . Won’t return .

Used to order all the time, so I know how they make their food here.. placed an order well over an hour before they closed on 8/25. It took over 45 minutes to deliver what was ordered 10pcs sweet chili wings all flats & mozzarella sticks. They arrived around 11:30ish with my food, when opened the food I noticed I was given breaded chicken wings (not all flat) with sweet chili sauce on the side.. not how they make their food. Also, my mozzarella sticks did not come how I am used to getting them from here + no Mariana for my mozzarella sticks. I tried calling back immediately 3 times (no answer). I went in the next day explaining what happened, the guy working said he could not process me a refund without the owners approval, took my name and number and said I would be called tomorrow. After 4 days of hearing nothing, I call again and explain my situation once again. I was placed on hold and was told the owner will call me tomorrow, once again. It now, has been 6 days since that phone call and I have yet to hear anything. Had the food been good enough for me to eat I would have just took the L, but to spend on food I didn’t even touch & then continue to get the run around and be disregarded especially as a returning customer for years it’s very disappointing. Will b disputing with my bank since I got nowhere with u guys & won’t b ordering again

Me and my fiancé would order am from this place because the food is normally good, but we placed a delivery order and once we received the food I found a piece of plastic in my food as I was almost finished with BLT Panini, NOT ONLY THAT!!! But my fiancé ordered a 30 piece BBQ wings and they gave him BUFFALO wings, not what we paid for!!! If you’re considering ordering from this restaurant, make sure you check your food for plastic and or any other things that may harm a person, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with this restaurant

Jalepeno poppers were very good, however the Alfredo I’m not even sure if this is Alfredo or if it’s gone bad this is seriously awful. It felt like I was eating something spoiled.

I work down the street from Boulevard for years now. Ive gotten food from them a lot. I have never gotten a bad salad from. Always fresh, great ingredients and always tastes great. Today 5/2/2025 I ordered a Cobb salad and it has to be the best salad take out ive ever had. Everything was so fresh, not a single wilted lettuce or veggie. Perfect size and amount and great price. Keep up the great work!
