DOUBLE CHEESEburgers are supposed to have 2 slices of cheese orherwise they would be called double hamburger with cheese. The picture on menu shows 2. They force you to pay for an extra cheese even though it is supposed to come with it. Dishonest.Franchises have rules. They should be reported.

I went to burger king at exactly 1:30 on jan 21 25 and my experience was awful I brought a family meal the fries were cold and very salty and there was a piece of hair that you can see in the picture below and above all that I saw a mouse running underneath the french fries machine and the bread of the cheese burgers and the whoopers we on the ground on don’t come to this place to eat its that worst in town.

Went through the drive through and the person managing the drive through looked like she was having an episode. (Seemed like a manager) I could tell she was having a bad day and the staff around here were visible uncomfortable. She ended up ridiculing me because of the way I ordered. (I was pretty clear on what I was picking up my order) I was thoroughly confused at first and eventually just waited there until I got my food. I don’t know what happened in the last couple months, but the staff there need to be reevaluated or investigated.
Every time at this location things are wrong same again tonight. Staff untrained and not good at listening. Food comes out cold.

The whopper didn’t look, taste or smell like one. I don’t know what’s up with this location, but not the BK I’m used to having. Looks like a mix of overworked prior employees and clueless corporate trainees trying to flip it over while continuously serving the same dried out food. Focus on what matters and that’s what you’re feeding your costumers. Go to a different BK.
