Employees were nice, and fast, food was a little sloppy and just thrown together!
Recap, just went there again, waited 20 min for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and a royal wrap. Bunch of workers standing around, some actually had theyre hands in theyre pockets. Said they were waiting for the burgers to be cooked, it was 1240pm. Wasn't busy.

Very disappointed. Took 10 mins to order with one truck in front of us. The employee took our cash and didn't know how to make change. We ordered the Sponge Bob Meal and the bun for the burger was stale and hard, we received 4 tots and they were super burnt.

The worst the bacon on my Cheeseburger was raw.They gave us the wrong order.Cost us $7 instead of $5.Not clean at all.Food on floor going out I won't go back there.

Since this location has opened, I have visited many times… I’m still waiting for them to figure out how to make one order correctly. There’s ALWAYS something wrong. Not once have they made an order correctly. I will no longer be choosing the crown over the clown.
Horrible costumer service old black lady at the window really rude. I ussualy only buy burgerking when they just start over with lunch so I can get fresh food. Well the fries where fresh but the wooper with cheese was old and they put like 10 salty pickes that ruined my burguer even after I pulled them out my burguer was salty. I remenber the good old day when burgerking was a good place to go. What a shame

I visited this location approximately dinner time in the evening. The drive thru was empty. I had trouble understanding the very fast talking girl on the speaker. I paid for the meal and went home. I live 2 miles away and was home in approximately 4 minutes. I ordered a Whopper Meal #1, with Cheese. - It Was as Cold and Old as could be - There was No Cheese, but 7 Pickles. - Fries were loaded down with salt and were not eaten. This was the absolute worst Fast Food Meal I ever had. You were much better in the 1960’s!!!
