Horrible costumer service old black lady at the window really rude. I ussualy only buy burgerking when they just start over with lunch so I can get fresh food. Well the fries where fresh but the wooper with cheese was old and they put like 10 salty pickes that ruined my burguer even after I pulled them out my burguer was salty. I remenber the good old day when burgerking was a good place to go. What a shame

I visited this location approximately dinner time in the evening. The drive thru was empty. I had trouble understanding the very fast talking girl on the speaker. I paid for the meal and went home. I live 2 miles away and was home in approximately 4 minutes. I ordered a Whopper Meal #1, with Cheese. - It Was as Cold and Old as could be - There was No Cheese, but 7 Pickles. - Fries were loaded down with salt and were not eaten. This was the absolute worst Fast Food Meal I ever had. You were much better in the 1960’s!!!

Very uncomfortable like everywhere else in Cranston perv girls working being provocative to certain customers as if they are regular John's. Men sit in the front by the counter staring towards the back of the counter like the girls are putting a show on and when I walk up they look away and scramble like they just got caught.

This is one of the best burger kings I’ve ever been to. The staff is great, nice, fast, correct, I’ve never had an issue here. For the area this is the place to go, other fast food places in Cranston are terrible customer service, mess up orders, or stingy. This place is nothing but good service and great at everything is. Good job bk workers I appreciate you.

one of THE worst Burger Kings. I am not surprised this establishment is not shut down. The JAN Companies exec. should look into this place. Went here for a quick bite but was a horrible experience and decision. burger was thin and dry, bun was crumbling and burnt. fries were not fresh and been there for a long time. whoever owns this franchise should REALLY look into this. Employees are not any better. save your money $17 for a burger, fries and drink. I would have rather threw it out of window and saved from a belly ache. DO NOT RECOMEND AVOID AT ALL COST

If you want your order "your way" you might as well go in to get it. You'll be going in either way to have them remake it! Don't forget to ask for a receipt.. they seem to not give them to you if not requested..

This is one the worst Burger King that I have ever been in the country. One of the person claims to be claims at the counter is worst ever person to be, he is very rude to the customers and when I went for drive through to order my food and I paid the bill then they asked me to wait for the food delivery at the front door where I had to wait for 20 mins when I went inside I saw my food was ready but didn’t get delivered to me, when I asked them they were completely rude and abusive and not even caring for customers

Ordered the food and was not fresh made and were cold and old and rock chicken and complained to manager and asked to redo and remake the fresh order I ordered and do u think I would put it up cold and stalled expired the bin time which turn out crunches expense at least 25 bucks for the order
Manager was not happy about it assumed he/she did not follow up the floor control and check list to ensure quality foods are fresh made and sorry costs the restaurant to remake and don’t forget the consumers needs to estacy the food and worth inflation price

Still not improving management level
Crew mopping the floor at 5:00 pm begin of dinner time and mopping around consumers while they are eating in dinning room
Upfront to the manager about crew mopping at wrong time and nodded on me. Return to table and crew mopped around my table twice. Then back to speak with manager
Guess what. Manager neglected the respective consumers to eat the dinning room. Why don’t the crew mop the floor with less consumer and rotten mouth back to me and told her that I would not eat the sandwich and not even offer remake I have to bring to the counter and asked for remake infornt of their employees guess what they remake and stalled more than bin storage of time and turn out to rubber and lack of fresh tasting and poor dressing by early requested
Manager need to retraining and put more sensitive with consumers
