Very rude employees. Two kids that had no idea what they were doing, and apparently no manager on site. I ordered on app, didn’t have half the items that I ordered, said those items were no longer available. Went to another store date and they had those items. Clearly the management doesn’t care. Recommend you avoid BK in general, but if you can’t at least avoid this one.

I would give this Burger King a ZERO if possible. The food is terrible. Our order is always wrong. Always a new manager and none of them can run the place. Spend the extra few bucks on gas and go somewhere else!!

Had a minor issue with food. Didn't keep any of it and brought it back to the counter. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and calm. He understood my issue and didn't put up a fight which I appreciated. He did everything he could to help me and although the food was not the way I'd expect, he finished the job on a good note with good customer service. I unfortunately didn't grab his name due to being in a rush but am grateful for how he handled the situation.

Guys what’s happening at the few BKs in the area? Competition popping up everywhere at the same price point and the 3 locations nearest to me in Cranston cannot produce a patty melt done correctly. Concept is amazing, but with 3 attempts at 3 locations, dry, bread barely cooked, cheese not melted. I cannot understand it, maybe no training at all.A great opportunity to grab customers wasted. I give up.

I very rarely eat fast food, maybe twice per year or less.Service: Top notch. I was greated with "How may I serve you today". Kevin was so polite, it reminded me his level of service should be the benchmark.Food: my burger looked like the picture. I was very surprised, it looked and tasted very good.Atmosphere: the restaurant was very clean and spacious. Napkins and drink area stocked.Well done staff. 5 stars

I had high hopes, the facility is clean. The staff have all their teeth and hair. Unlike others. But! They gave me half orders of fries, that cost $5! And then they literally burned my impossible whopper, that cost $8? I want my money back.

Ordered the food and was not fresh made and were cold and old and rock chicken and complained to manager and asked to redo and remake the fresh order I ordered and do u think I would put it up cold and stalled expired the bin time which turn out crunches expense at least 25 bucks for the orderManager was not happy about it assumed he/she did not follow up the floor control and check list to ensure quality foods are fresh made and sorry costs the restaurant to remake and don’t forget the consumers needs to estacy the food and worth inflation priceThank you for remake and fresh made also

I came in to order food for takeout, and the girl who started to take my order took out her phone to answer a phone call right in front of me in the middle of me speaking to her. She then proceeded with the call and asked the other coworker that was next to her to take my order because she had to answer a phone call that could’ve waited until after taking my order. I paid for my food and even when to fill up my cup with a drink the other girl who took my order wasn’t paying attention when I was paying for my food and as I was leaving another coworker came to get me so that i can pay. I found it suspicious I looked at my bank account and they had taken the money I paid my food for. I showed her that they took the money out and she started giving me so much attitude and even raised her voice and sweared at me. I believe it was an assistant manger she kind of looked young to be a manager. I told them to keep the food because I wasn’t going to tolerate disrespect and went about my day. Never got a refund for the food the staff there was never paying attention. I spoke to one of the coworkers there though that was nice enough to explain everything to me when the other gurl couldn’t do that instead she came at me sideways and gave me attitude when I was being so nice to her. Worse location ever and service terrible. Don’t recommend ever coming here again!

Place was filthy. There was a mistake made by the staff and when I tried to straighten it out the manager threw me out. I'll never go there again that's for sure. Owner or district manager should reiterate that the customer is always right. Fix the problem with no hassle and retain a good former customer.

I visited this BK with hopes of ordering a Whopper meal and one of their new wraps. After waiting twenty minutes, I talked to the attendant (which was the assistant manager) about why I didn't get my food back. He mentioned that he called my name five times, to which multiple customers testified that they didn't call my name (Mike). They showed me that they put my food in a bag, even though I ordered dine-in. After some confrontational attitude from the assistant manager, I accepted my food on a tray. They didn't add fries, so they did. We realized that the food was cold, and my mother asked if they could remake the food, because we didn't order cold food. They demanded that we give them all of our food back, and the receipt, so they could remake the order. We complied. After we brought the food back, we waited for some time.Stephanie came later and gave us some money, which she mentioned was a refund (which we didn't ask for), and telling us that the refund was because we were rude the assistant manager. We were not rude, and tried to relay to the manager that they didn't call our name. A customer who was also waiting mentioned they didn't hear my name being called either. Naturally they either didn't call my name or called another person's name. We thought they were making new food for us because of the order discrepancy.We ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. After asking them about the food, Stephanie told us that they didn't care about us, that they gave us a refund. I asked them what the name on our order was, and they couldn't provide us with an answer. Multiple witnesses also mentioned that they didn't call my name. They wanted us to leave. We did end up leaving and did not receive any of our order.One patron came to us afterwards and comforted us, assuring us that we were neglected in customer service due to the staff and service. They also confronted the managers and received a similarly harsh response. We often frequent the location in Cranston, and have never had that problem. I'm afraid to go back now because of the hostility of the managers and the poor service. The hostility was scary, and I can't see either me or any of my family going back to that location again. I'm looking for resolution in this case, and that justification can be made against the managers that treated us like this.
