It took 30 minutes to find parking, 30 minutes for my drink to come, and 45 minutes for dinner to be served. Happy we didn't get appetizers or it would have been even longer. Reservation was at 6:30, didn't leave until 9 pm.

Very disappointed in the wait staff, if you are looking for fine dining experience, this is not it. Our table was extremely off balance causing drinks to spill. Cocktail order was incorrect. Bus boy filling water glasses was able to complete the task without spill on the table. Atmosphere is cold and disjointed. An employee used the ladies room prior to someone in my party going it , leaving no paper towel or toilet paper refilled. This is a disservice to these very young employees that apparently have not worked in a restaurant prior to to this job. Food was average.

Took the waiter Mike about 1/2 hour to come to our table to greet us. Felt like we were a nuisance. Got out food dropped off, didn't ask if we wanted more drinks just dropped and left. Never came back to see how everything was, had to go to the bar to refill our drinks. Had to get someone else to have him drop our check. The food was ok the service was a zero if I could give it to him.

Service was very good received uncooked shellfish in one meal and pasta was not cooked in another meal server was very apologetic took it off the bill provided another meal but at that point everybody else was done eating

Had a great time here. My wife was having a girls night but I had planned date night so I had the joy of having date night with the girls đą anyway! Food was great, drinks were good but what really made it was the bartender, Jess, she was absolutely awesome! A bit of a drive from our home but we will probably be back.

The food and service were excellent, and the drinks were absolutely exceptionalâwell-crafted, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Our waiter was attentive and gracious, offering specials and thoughtfully recommending drinks based on my preferences. I truly look forward to returning.

We went this past Saturday we had 6:00 reservations and the hostess told us our table wasnât ready mind you there were many empty tables but anyways after 15 mins we finally were seated. The food was good but my husbandâs pasta was cold and the service was slow. My brother in law got his drink at the end of his meal. We heard them ask the table behind us if they would mind leaving because they needed their table (they were done eating and were chit chatting) our whole dinner seemed rushed, like people asking to take your dishes while my brother in law was still eating. We took our leftovers only for my sister to find out the next day they gave her someone elseâs food.
Service was Excellent with Vaith.. best service in recent years at that restaurant . Food was not the same but very good.. still have a lot to catch up with where it used to be when prior owner really went above and beyond for the fine details in their food. Spumoni was the best there is years ago but very small portion last night and too much rum and claret sauce. Prices have also increased . :(

I had called in advance and confirmed my reservation. When we got to the restaurant, the hostess did not have our reservation. It was a bit confusing. Apparently they had the reservation for Friday night and not Saturday. But again, I called on Saturday and confirmed our reservation. The service was slow. The meals were brought out one at a time and not all together. Some of the meals were cold. I was told I had asparagus with my pork chop instead I had mixed vegetables. The caramel martinis are amazing. However, when you ask for another martini, you just get a refill poor they do not do a fresh caramel martini and yet you're paying for one. The meals did not come out all together, and we waited more than 20 minutes to a half hour for our meals. The restaurant was not busy. The service from the kitchen was very slow. It was a disappointing experience. I was there three weeks ago and it was much much better.
Previously gave this 5 stars. Last couple times we have been here it hasn't been as good. Probably done going here

We used to dine here often, since it originally opened,but have not been in several years. We were very disappointed with the food. I had pumpkin ravioli which had good pumpkin flavor, but the outer part of the ravioli was hard. Not much flavor in the sauce. The veal was mushy, rather than tender. Spumoni was 1/2 melted and just ok. Chocolate cake was very big, but frosting frozen and cake stale. Too bad, we took another couple there for a celebration. If we were there without others, I would have addressed it directly.

Good food and wait service but fall flat on customer service. We were a party of nine. The next morning I realized the ruby was missing from my ring. I live in South County. No one answers the phone. I left many messages. Drove back to Cranston and the restaurant was closed. Never heard back. I realize it was a long was a shot. A simple call back would have gone a long way. I wonât go back.

So disappointed in Caffe Itri last night. We are typically so easy when out for the night. We made the best of it with our friends. From beginning to end it was just not good... -took 30 minutes for 4 cocktails -ordered dinner & waitress took off so quickly, we couldn't order an appetizer -we were there an hour & 45 minutes before our dinner was served -prior to getting the meal, the waitress brought us a random appetizer while we âwaitâ -told us manager would be coming by and we never saw him -meal was just ok. Pasta was undercooked (& my husband never complains) -Definitely won't go back:(

We had lunch at Café Itri. When someone in our party ordered a salmon, arugula salad, the server informed us they were out of salmon. After we finished our lunch, we ordered coffee and the server did not bring cream or sugar. I had to find her to ask her to bring us cream and sugar and she said we don't have any cream. How about milk.? This restaurant used to serve authentic Italian food. Don't think I'll go back with there again. Very disappointed.
