Had a great time here. My wife was having a girls night but I had planned date night so I had the joy of having date night with the girls 😢 anyway! Food was great, drinks were good but what really made it was the bartender, Jess, she was absolutely awesome! A bit of a drive from our home but we will probably be back.
Good food and wait service but fall flat on customer service. We were a party of nine. The next morning I realized the ruby was missing from my ring. I live in South County. No one answers the phone. I left many messages. Drove back to Cranston and the restaurant was closed. Never heard back. I realize it was a long was a shot. A simple call back would have gone a long way. I won’t go back.
We were at Cafe Itri to celebrate our anniversary. We waited 1/2 hour for our drinks, the salad came out and we had no drink. The Caesar salad was overly dressed, and mushy. The waiter asked if we wanted to talk to the manager but we declined. My husband wanted to surprise me with a nice dessert for our anniversary. He talked to the hostess, when he left the table.
