Always get my Sweet Guatemalan Bread . Gusanitos, cachos, champurradas, chocolate muffins. I’m always greeted with a smile and sometimes a joke. Great bakery and antojitos place. Great sandwiches, shucos (Guatemalan Hotdogs), tortillas con carne (steak on tortilla), etc.

El día de hoy tuve una mala experiencia con una señora del turno de la tarde, se molestó solo por pedirle una caja para mis empanadas ya que voy a viajar. Luego no me dio el resto de mi orden, diciendo que “no me había escuchado” a pesar que le dije: 10 empanadas, dos mixtas mixtas y 2 horchatas, me dio las empanadas y horchatas. Esperé más de media hora, después que la otra chica nos viera ahí esperando, me imagino que envió a la señora y se acercó a preguntar ¿qué están esperando? le mencioné las mixtas y dijo que no las escucho, no pregunto si aún las queria, solo se fue. Muy mal servicio al cliente. Un cliente no debe pagar las malas actitudes de una persona.

The place is small, it has an eating area, very clean and tidy. The bread is delicious, better than that of the El Quetzal bakery. Very soft and spongy and a very good variety, plus they sell Guatemalan snacks and the granitas are very good.
