Sad and disappointed. This was a restaurant that my husband and I have always enjoyed. We saved it for special occasions. While last night was not a "special occasion", we have been going through a lot and needed a nice night out. That didn't happen. The appetizers (crispy calamari and shrimp and the cheese board) were delicious! The waitress asked if we had decided upon our meals and while we had done so, I was afraid they would come out too soon but she reassured me that they wouldn't. Not the case! I was still enjoying my cheese board when our entrees arrived. UGH! The presentation was impeccable. I could not wait to dive in! Downhill slide....my swordfish was bland, the rice was mushy and had an "off taste", and my bok choy was burnt and soggy. On the contrary, my husbands lamb shank was out of this world. While I don't eat lamb, it looked very enticing. I feasted on his mashed potatoes. I let our waitress know and she was apologetic; she offered us two take-home desserts. Joke was on us! The cheesecake was literally a rectangular slice (about 1" x 3"); same with the other dessert. Never again! There are too many excellent restaurants out there to waste my money on a place like this. And not to mention it was dead on a Friday night.

Attended this restaurant for a dinner ?️ conference very good service food was delicious ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Went here this evening for my birthday, and the food was outstanding. The fillet was cooked to perfection and the staff was amazing. There is gorgeous architecture and decor. Couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful atmosphere, HORRIBLE FOOD! The olive oil in the caprese salad was oddly pungent and unedible. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was tasteless topped with hockey pucks. The filet mignon with a crabcake, bernaise aeoili, potatoes and asparagus was a great disappointment. The crabcake didn't taste like crab just fishy completely unedible, the asparagus was burnt and tasted like charcoal, the potato tasted dirty. The filet mignons were cooked to temp and tasted delicious. The lobster tail didn't arrive with meal, the waiter was nowhere to be found and filet mignons sat and got cold while waiting for lobster tail. Three of us taste tested some of the foods and agreed this would be our last visit. What a waste of $300, save your money! This review was several years old and the owner just read it and was rude suggesting I ate somewhere else and that they didn’t have those food items on the menu. The owner wanted me to direct my review to a different restaurant. The food items were on the menu years ago! I’m not changing my review because you never read it in the past and your rudeness just ensures everyone that maybe your establishment isn’t worth visiting. Go somewhere else with better food and a more pleasant owner who actually cares what his customers think! Save your money this place SUCKS!!!

Our server was excellent . Attentive and professional . The food however was just okay . Nothing special. Overpriced for a meal that really lacked taste . The dessert was the best part . Probably will not return again.

5 of us went to chapel grille to celebrate our granddaughters birthday. Two of us ordered filet mignon cooked medium , I ordered salmon with pasta and there were two other steak orders. Both filet mignons were cooked extra well done. My granddaughter is shy and said it was okay. My husband who rarely complains sent his back. He didn't get it served to him again for 20 minutes and by then we were all finishing our dinner so it wasn't very pleasant for him. I asked for my salmon to be cooked all the way through but still soft and not well done, which is typical for me. That always works for me and it is normally flavorful but not raw. This time is was dry and very overcooked. I didn't bother to send it back because by the time I tasted it , the steak had already been sent back and so I just didn't eat it. The waiter was nice and gave us free dessert which we all ordered because it was complimentary. But really they should have not charged us for some of the entrees. It will be hard for me to go back there. It is an expensive restaurant and there are better options at that price point .

It's been awhile since I've been to Chapel Grille and it was fantastic! This was the best Fra Diavolo I've ever had, cooked perfectly with a bit of a sweet flavor and just a little heat. My mom was celebrating her birthday and had a wonderful appetizer and meal as well, a sweet surprise dessert and brought one home. Everything was great.

Drinks were good and service was excellent but unfortunately the Food was very underwhelming. Beef short rib was over cooked and bland, mashed potatoes were luke warm at best and veggies included were very over cooked. For the price you pay I expected better quality. Sadly i would not return.

Last time we loved our experience and meal albeit a few years ago. This time we were seated in the Atrium ( glass enclosure outside patio) which was a little cold ( Feb 22nd) and not much ambience; we didn't ask to move since we thought they were booked. We shared Italian salad which was extremely spicy; we asked for ranch dressing to help reduce the fire but they didn't have Ranch. My wife ordered the filet medium which arrived somewhat warm and overcooked with a COLD mashed potatoes beautifully aesthetically displayed! The filet did not taste like angus high end $40+ entree. I ordered rib eye on the bone medium which arrived warm and slightly overcooked but it did taste fine( although I was expecting a full bone vs the small end bone). My mashed were warm/hot and tasted good. The accompanying grilled broccoli was way overcooked - soft and mooshy. I forgot that the meal started with nice rolls but were not warm w ice cold butter that of course did not spread and plain olive oil in a dish( no seasoning). We mentioned my bday in the reservation and they did provide a beautiful delicious aesthetically pleasing whip cream mound w a couple fabulous truffle/chocolate balls and “ happy birthday “ scrolled in chocolate on the plate- w a candle- best part of meal! Service was limited as we did not see her to mention the issues until end of meal- they did provide one free dessert due to cold mashed which we took to go and it was very good! Overall- we won't be back- very disappointing

Haven't been here in a long time. We sat at the bar. Very large bar with one person running it on a Tuesday night. Service was quick considering it was getting busy at 6pm. I ordered the filet mignon and it didn't disappoint. Drinks are yummy too. It's pricey and I expected that considering the atmosphere.

Our waiter, Justin was just wonderful. He was attentive, but also gave us time to chat as for the food it was its usual spectacular self. Everything at Chapel Grill is made to perfection. We sat close to the fireplace, which was just delightful. I look forward to going again. I had the eggplant that was presented beautifully and the coffee there is just to die for the smell alone makes you want to have a couple of cups at the least
